Touch (Sky_Owner)

Chapter 1.

Clouded daylight filtered into the wide open windows of the bedroom. Rain patterned rhythmically on the roof, sliding down the smooth glass of the windows and pooling at the bottom of the sill.

Adam woke with a start, hearing his alarm go off. He let out a loud "Whyyyyy" of protest, picking up his phone and shutting it off. He rolled over, looking at his beautiful sleeping wife.

"Alesa." His voice was still heavy with the last traces of sleep. She opened an eye, then gave the light a disapproving frown, covering up her head with the comforter.

Adam smiled, standing and trudging to the bathroom. He yawned, scratching at his beard. Insert a usual morning routine montage, brought to you by me being really lazy.

As Adam grabbed his keys and jacket, Alesa wrapped an arm around his shoulders, the other carrying Mason, and gave him a quick goodbye smooch.

"See ya later babe." Adam smiled, and kissed the top of Mason's head. Alesa only huffed back in acknowledgement, still not quite awake yet. Adam threw on his coat and went outside, getting into his car and driving off.

Insert happy musical going to work montage, which was mostly Adam passionately singing along to Don't Stop Believin' in the car. I'm not a lazy writer, you are.

"Morning Emily!" Adam exclaimed as he passed her. Emily was startled and almost dropped the papers she was holding, and looked back at him as she walked.

"Good morning Adam!" She yelled back, ducking into an office room. Adam walked to his office, sitting down at the desk and checking his recording schedule. He noticed today he was recording a fanfic with Ross before lunch. His heart skipped a beat, but he didn't quite know why.

After recording some other videos, he sat in his office and waited for Ross. Right on cue, the other walked in, smiling at Adam mischievously.

"What did you find..." Adam groaned, scared of what fanfiction Ross had chosen. As Adam got his equipment set up, Ross got onto Wattpad and pulled up a story from his library. It was titled, "I Wuv You!!! A Sky_Owner Fanfic!" and it was written by someone named GlitterPandazXD

"Oh no..." Adam let out a chuckle, he couldn't stop smiling. Ross smirked back, and waited patiently as Adam turned on the recording light and started the recording.

"Three... Two... One... Hey guys, Sky here and I'm with Ross, and uh today we are reading..." He ducked away from the camera, laughing silently.

"WE'RE READING FANFICTION!" Ross blurted out.

Adam's head shot back into frame. "Okay!"

"It was a normal day in Ross's life, he did an office thing and he was super ROSSOME!" Ross started, reading the story. Adam was obviously holding back his own giggles.

"But then... Adam senpai came up to him!" Ross's voice got louder.

"Hey Ross..." Adam said in a really deep voice. The two paused and then burst into fits of uncontrolled laughter.

"A-Adam senpai! Uwaah~!" Ross choked out between giggles.

As they read, the fanfiction got more and more like a really bad anime, and both of them were trying hard not to laugh too much.

"Adam pinned Ross against the wall and made out with him!" Adam started laughing again.

"0-100 real quick!" He spoke in between laughs.

"To be continued?" Ross questioned, looking into the camera. Adam started clapping, and pretty soon both of the young men were clapping and whooping.

"Amazing." Ross said, as he commented "Neat" on that chapter.

"Well that was... Yeah... Byeeeee!" Adam leaned back into his chair so he was out of frame. Ross looked unblinking into the camera.

Adam sat up and ended the recording. He noticed the whole time that the weird fast paced feeling in his heart was present for the whole recording. He looked at Ross, who looked back.

"What?" Ross questioned.

Adam instinctively leaned in.
