Back at NCIS are all working diligently when Gibbs comes back. ”Boss, I tracked her phone. Samuel picked probably out the battery from her phone, but where she were last or where the phone showed that she were in an alley, next to Joey's café.” says McGee when he sees Gibbs coming. "Good job McGee" replies Gibbs. "Kate go and check it out and take DiNozzo with you." "Okay!” They both said at the same time.
When Kate and Tony arrived they started to look for evidence. Tony went to Joey's café to see if anyone had seen Ziva & Samuel yesterday and Kate stayed in the alley. Kate opened one container to see if there was any. After a while Kate found a phone, it could be Ziva's so she puted it in an evidence bag. Since Kate didn't find something else, she went to meet Tony. ”What did you found out?” Kate asks. "Not so much, the manager was working yesterday but he had only seen Ziva. She left the café around 8 o'clock” Tony replied. ”Did you found anything?” ”Okay. Yes I found probably her phone, we need to get back so I can give it to Abby.” Tony and Kate went back to the car and drived back to ncis. Kate and Tony are in the elevator, Tony went of and walked into the squad room and Kate stayed in the elevator and went down to Abby's lab. ”Hey Abs” ”Hey Kate, what do you have for me?” Abby wondering. ”A phone, I need you to find out as much you can of it.” ”Okay, thanks. I call you if I find something.” ”Thanks Abs” Kate said and went to the elevator.
