So I'm just supposed to carry on with life pretending that I didn't just take to my reflection in the mirror for over half an hour.

Talking to myself is the first step of going insane (one of my primary school teachers told me this, when I was talking to myself). But technically I wasn't talking to my self, I was talking to my reflection. So that technically doesn't make me insane. Or does is still count?
