"You know prom is right around the corner and its wedding themed." Ava said.
"Must I wear a dress?" I asked.
"Muffin you gotta wear a dress for me." Alex said from behind me.
"Oh but I look so ugly in dresses." I groaned.
"Muffin you look sexy in anything." Alex said.
"Why're you lying? I could rock jeans and Jordan's." I said.
"And a dress. No make up." Ava bargained.
"You got yourself a deal." I said shaking on it.
"No make up? That's all it took?" Andrea asked.
"Yup. Then on my wedding day and I'm free. Free." I said.
"Ok honey chill." Andre said.
"Whatever. I can't wait for my first prom." I said.
"Your first? They have them like all of high school." Ava said.
"I know." I said.
"Damn. You really are a nerd." Andrea said.
"You're going to have so much fun." Alex said smiling.
"I hope so." I said smiling.
"Trust me muffin trust me." Alex said.

After school I was going dress shopping and I wanted my Mom there to make up for time we lost."You really want me to come?" Mom asked.
"Yeah." Everyone said.
"Ok." Mom said smiling.
We walked into the mall.
"Come on let's go." Ava said dragging me.
"Lord kill me now." I said.
I sighed as everyone followed Ava.
"You should try on this dress." Ava said.
I looked up and I licked my lips.
It was a white lace dress with white heels.
"Heels? Nah ah. Flats. Or Jordan's can work too." I said.
"No pretty please. No make up or hair done." Ava said.
"Honey you'd look nice." Mom said.
"Allergic to dresses." I said.
"Muffin you'd look sexy." Alex persuaded.
"Ok ok." I said.
I went to a dressing room and I put on the dress. It showed off my tanned legs and I guess I looked ok. I walked out.
"I can't be a girl." I muttered.
"Dan Avery. You look good." Mom said.
"I need to become a boy." I muttered.
"Tomboy." Ava muttered.
"Girly girl." I shot back.
"Whatever." Ava said smiling.
"You gonna get this one?" Andrea asked.
"Yeah." I replied.
"I'll pay." Mom said.
"Are you sure?" I asked.
"Yeah." Mom said smiling.
"Thanks Mom." I said smiling at her.
"My turn." Ava said.
"Oh you'll be the easiest." Alexis said smiling.
"I will." Ava agreed as she dragged us.
"Oh gosh. How can girls shop?" Chris asked.
"Tell me about it." I said.
"You should've just been born a boy and I would've been gay." Alex said.
"Weirdo." I said laughing.
I followed Ava.
"Oh I actually like this one Ava." I said smiling.
"You like a dress?" Ava asked.
"Yeah on you. You look sexy in red." I said.
"True." Ava said.
She smiled and tried it on.
She walked back out 5 minutes later.
"See I told you red is for you." I said smiling.
"Red is definitely for me." Ava said smiling at her dress.
"You girls are gonna look great." Ava said smiling at Andrea and Alexis.
"We're in trouble."
I laughed as we continued shopping.
