Im currently running with my brothers, hiding from our mother who is currently trying to get us dressed up for a visiting alpha.

My mother shouts through the mindlink, my blood boils as I see my brothers fading wolf forms. As a female I cant shift I only get some wolf traits like my senses, healing, and speed. I reach the front of the pack house as the drivers door of an unfamiliar car opens. The smell makes me freeze...mate. Turning towards the house im grabed by strong arms before my first step.
"Well I'd love to stay but I think I'll just be taking my mate and going,"mate says before throwing me over his shoulder. Next thing I know I'm in the passenger seat of his car ,the seatbelt is pulled across me as the engine roars to life.
"Can we at least exchange names before one of us jumps the other in this car?", I say with an understanding of mates emotions," I'm Phoenix."
"Derek," he responds gruffly. I involuntarily purr at his name,and suddenly we're on the side of the road doing it in the back seat of his truck.
After our little 'pit stop' we came to his pack. Im now curled up on his bed, while he does alpha stuff . I allow myself to slowly drift to sleep sometime later I feel my head placed on a hard chest and an arm rapping around me.
