Melody's POV

After returning home to the palace I managed to watch over my mother and help my kingdom by her side
Even if she is getting old by every hour she still has a fighting flame in her soul

Its been Five Months without seeing my father or Jayden
I only revived a letter from them both telling me that if I was alright
I kept my promise to him

I had soon had strange dreams that Jayden was by my side while we watched the sun set then shared a kiss under the stars ...
I WOKE UP AND SLAPPED MYSELF A FEW TIMES IF I EVER THINK THAT
Saying in my mind that I shouldn't think dirty of Jayden
He is my friend
My only friend I had or I the first friend I had in the beginning

I loved spending my time with the goddesses
They told great story's and helped my mother gain strength every morning
The day my father sent a letter was the day the war started
And my mother is more scared then every
Sometimes I climb up to the tallest tower in the palace and sit on the roof
And in the distance far way
I can see it
Smoke
Smoke from guns and cannons and magic
I can only see a thin sheet of smoke in the sky
I pray for my father and Jayden
That they will return home to the kingdom safe and sound
Then I tuck myself to sleep as soon as the maids make sure my mother is in her bed fast asleep

Reflecting on my life
One day I was training with my father and having a happy full of love life the next I'm in a world of war , blood and sorrow

I soon drift off to my dreams hoping tomorrow will be the day that changes all the sorrowfully days

********One Random Day Later ****

I sat by my mother in the throne room helping sign papers when a man with a broken arm and in a purple suit came limping in followed by twelve women in colorful robes all eleven were thin and had beautiful
But there was one in the back
In a red robe
Her stomach was round and big
I knew she was pregnant

The man soon spoke

Purple Suit : My Queen , my women and I have traveled a long way and have been very wounded
We would wish to stay in your kingdom to rest for a few days to recover

Rochelle : You mush pay the toll price to stay in Harmony then

Purple Suit : But that's the problem my queen , we have no money , we been robbed from are journey
Please have pity

Rochelle : If I let you in without pay then all the other traders and visitors will think I'm unfair
I can't show no pity at this time
So either you pay or you move on to the next kingdom

The pregnant women walked forward to my mother

The women : Please my queen , I am with child for five months and I can no longer take the pain and long travel
Please have mercy , my child has no father

I looked at the women
She looked scared and tired

Melody : Mother , they can work in the palace as there prince of staying here
That way everything is even

My mother turned to me and smiled
She never has a dark side
She always trys to bright problems

Rochelle : Alright then
You and your women will work as maids while you rest here
The order has been done

Purple Suit : Thank you my queen , Thank you from the great gods
A..... And you as well princess
Thank you for your kindness

Jayden's POV

Punched and shooted a man to death
Stabbed a few men
Kill a few here
Kill some over there
Everyday since war came its been the same
I've been shot a few times in the shoulder and legs but I heal quickly and go on the battle field again

Five months so far
Many men are dead
So many lives lost after the first week of war
Some still alive but can no longer move
Some are slowly dying
I sat in my tent healing my wounded arm after the morning battle
Soon night will come and we will try again
I barely get any sleep and my powers are draining

I hear coughing and soon I run to the kings tent
As soon as the war started the king is getting weaker by the hour
I see him on the floor with blood coughing out of his mouth

Jayden : Sir Get up , this battle isn't over yet

Spark : Jayden , ...I don't..... I don't think I'll make it

Jayden : Yes you will Sir , you can bet on it
