My bestfriends name is Sue. He loves to show me new games. He taught me how to play this one called Hang man. He said I would need some hurtful words. To tear me down and destroy my humanity. I asked him why, but he said it's just a part of the game and that he doesn't make the rules.

Sue asked me if I lived with anyone. I said no. Does anyone care about me? No. Would they miss me? No. I didn't know how this could have anything to do with the game, but he said I should trust him. That he had many friends that he loved to teach this game to. So he knew all the rules forwards and backwards.

Next, he said I'd need a ladder. Again I asked why, but I got the same answer. That it was part of the game. He told me to go to school and pick up some more hurtful words that would slowly break me down. So I did. He told me that once I got back we could continue the game.

Walking in my house I couldn't wait to continue the game. I found Sue sitting on the floor. He told me I should go to the supply store. I asked why and he said to continue the game I needed a rope. So I got one. He asked if I had anywhere that I could tie it high up. I said that I thought I knew a place. The living room ceiling fan. It's close to the top of the second floor and I could reach it on the ladder.

So I stood on the ladder and tied it. I grabbed the noose that was hanging down. I asked Sue what to do next. He said the noose goes around your neck and then you jump. I didn't get it. I said ' Won't that kill me?' He said that it was kind of the point. That he was suicide. That he was there when you felt alone. That you trusted him to save you. Trusted him to not mislead you. He was right. I knew it. He knew it. So...this was it. " Trust." I whispered. And then I jumped. - su1c1d3r0om
