Episode 10

Ezra raised himself to standing in front of the tv in rage. He marches in a straight path and slams the door shut. Confused, angry and disappointed, Ezra Fitz is lost for words and can't pinpoint exactly what's going through his mind.

Ezra's POV-
What just happened? How did her feelings for Aria occur? I even witnessed her kissing her but didn't take it into thought. What if she kisses her again? When I'm not there? What is Aria thinking about this? How could Emily do this? I know I shouldn't be angry at Emily but I just don't know what to feel.

"Ezra!" I hear Aria shout.
"Come back! Ezra! Ezra!" She continues but I kept going and came across the stairs that led me down to the Brew. I recognised the back of someone's head. There were 2 men sitting on the sofa. Toby and Caleb. Spencer meanwhile was getting the drinks in.

I continued marching my anger out down the stairs. It must have been quite loud because I had everyone's attention. Toby and Caleb spotted me and wanted to know what was going on. Spencer looked at me with her confused puppy dog look which is hard to ignore.

"Ezra" they all shouted.
"Has something happened to Aria?" Asked Spencer. I made an expression to show that it's not about Aria entirely but I never said a word and stormed out the brew. They looked worryingly in my direction but I just didn't have the energy to have a conversation with them.

I heard a door open behind me as I crossed the street. The figure's footsteps were getting closer and increasing its pace.
"Spencer and Caleb went to ask Aria. Ezra can you tell me what happened? Can I help? We need to know what's going on? Is it about the baby?" Asks Toby following me wherever my feet take me.
"Ezra!" He shouts.
I paused outside the church as my walk led me to the bench parked right in front. I sat down looked around to try and distract myself from Toby's questions.

I felt as if it was raining but the droplet that fell to my cheek was indeed a tear. I had no idea why this was happening. I just got so mad and wanted to punch something. Not Emily though. I know she didn't mean it. That's what hurts. But it's so confusing. It's not like I can ask a stranger if they can help because I'm probably the first to be put in this situation. It's hard.

"Hey man! We've known each other for years. You can tell me anything. I've been able to talk to you right. Now I'm returning the favour. What's going on?" Asked Toby with a concerned look.
"Emily's in love with Aria!" I confessed as I sarcastically smiled and try to see the positive side to it. But how could there be one?
"Ah man! I'm sorry. Was it since yesterday...the kiss?" I nodded my head in agreement.

Meanwhile, back at Ezra's apartment....

Aria and Emily hear a sweet knock at the door.
"Guys. Is everything ok?" Asks Spencer.
"Aria, did something happen to the baby?" Asked Caleb.
Aria went to open the door to find Caleb and Spencer standing in front of it. Aria waved to them as to show that it's not anything to do with the baby.
"What's happened?" Asked Spencer.
Aria steps back and opens the door even wider to show Emily sitting recklessly on the floor crying her eyes out.
"Emily," says Spencer with concern. Caleb walks in behind her and prepares a drink for everyone as he's not so good with all these feminine issues.
"Thanks Caleb." Says Aria
"Emily are you okay? What happened? Did Ezra do something? Tell me!" Worryingly says Spencer.

Emily had her head resting on Spencer's knee but then raises it to find herself looking at Aria in shock, pain and with a thousand tears streaming down her face. Aria stood with her back against the door looking around the room trying to distract herself but looks down at Emily and then sinks to her level soothingly motioning her hand up and down Emily's back.

Emily cries on Spencer's knee unable to feel any emotion but sadness and regret.
"I'm in love with aria!" She exclaims.
"I'm in love with Aria!" She says again. Her face was full of tears and you could see how upset she was.

Ezra and Toby arrive back at the brew. Aria looks up to see Ezra standing in the door looking down at Aria and how she's comforting Em. Aria noticed that Ezra's been crying about this so she rises to his level and wraps her arms around him. He wraps his arms around her waist and pulls her closer as if to say 'never let go Aria'. Toby sits down next to Spencer and lifts his arm over her shoulder. Aria and Ezra find them stuck in the middle of a situation that they are unaware of how to handle
