It was a horrible day for me when you wanted to see me. I was feeling down because of my Statistics exam. Being a gentleman you are, you've decided to cheer me up by buying me my favorite street food -- isaw.
Dating gawi, I told my friends that I have to go home early since I live 2 hours away from school. They agreed. Then, I texted you that I was already waiting in front of the gym where you're having your internship. I've waited for a few minutes, then you came out wearing your college shirt, jersey short, and a pair of KDs. Typical sports guy attire.
"Hey, kanina ka pa? Sorry naghintay ka." You said.
Which I replied, "De, okay lang. Hindi naman ako masyadong naghintay."
Then apparently, it was evident that I was having a bad day due to the results of my Stats exam, you cheered me up.
"Tara, kain tayo isaw. Libre kita. Para di ka na sad about your exam. Then, hatid kita sa sakayan mo."
While we were walking along the streets of España, you were pinching my arms because, according to you, they're batak.
While pinching my arms, your phone suddenly rang.
"Hello? Oh pre. Pass muna ako. May hahatid pa akong chix eh. Hahaha. Ulol. Sige. Bye."
I didn't ask who it was because my mind stopped when I heard the word "chix". I was never told "chix" by anyone before. With that being said, I was comforted already. Thank you so much.
When we reached the terminal, you went to the nearest ihawan to buy me 4 sticks of isaw. We were talking about random things, really random things, when I realized that it was already 9pm. I should be home at that time. So, you walked me to the terminal -- and also, you joined me in waiting for the fx to arrive. When it was my turn to ride the fx, you bid your goodbye. You told me to text you when I reach home. Which I did.
"Finally home. Thank you for today. :)"
"You are always welcome. Cheer up na ha? Goodnight. :)"
