Reunion - Prologue
Spencer Collins was just another face in another yearbook. She didn't care what clothes she wore, what car she drove, what grades she got. All she wanted was to graduate and get out of high school. But more than anything, she wanted the boy. The boy that meant everything.
Kai Emerson had the looks, had the voice and had the money. All he needed was the right exposure. But it didn't matter to him. None of it did. The only thing - or person - that meant something to him was his best friend. Until fame came along.
Olivia King was perfect. Student Body President, Honour Student, Head Cheerleader, Prom Queen and her perfect boyfriend. Everybody loved her, she loved everybody. She had it all, but to be the best had its price. Being at the top gets lonely - everyone knows that.
Alaric Shaw was the poster boy for poster boys. He was the one all the girls wanted to have, the one all the guys wanted to be. He had his whole life ahead of him, everything perfectly set. He knew what he wanted and he knew how to get it. But one mistake ended it all. One mistake just to forget the girl.
Summer Reid had a dream. She swore she would do anything to get it. Even if it meant losing her teenage years, her friends, her family, her home. She knew if she let it go, there would be no turning back. She gave it all up for that one dream. The dream that ended before it even begun.
Riley White was the victim. His entire life consisted of him being pushed around. He was used to it, though. He knew the world was too cruel for any genuine people. But he decided it was time to stop. He decided it was time to take his life into his own hands. And that's exactly what he did.
Six people who thought high school ended five years ago are right back where they started. Because its never over. Not really.

She pulled her luggage with her, her eyes darting around for any familiar faces.
Of course not, she thought to herself, why would anyone be here?
She plastered on a grin, continuing her walk. Then that's when she saw him. Just a blur out of the corner of her eye, but she saw him.
No, she said in her mind, you made your choice. You walked away.
She shut her eyes, counting to three.
One, push all the bad away and think of all the good you've done.
Two, forget what anyone else says because you will always be you.
And three, think of me.
His voice filled her head, his words comforting her. His smile. His sparkling eyes. Him.
Think of him.
Tears threatened to spill from her eyes, but she held them back, holding her head high.
She hailed a taxi with one long whistle. She piled her luggage into the boot, then got into the car.
"Which hotel?" the driver asked.
"No, no hotel. I'm going home."

He did a 360 in front of the mirror, making sure he looked his best. He shook out all the nerves, putting on his best grin.
"They're all gonna be so blown away," he said to himself, flexing his muscles.
"Yo, man, you going out?" his roommate asked.
"Yeah, I've got a high school reunion."
"The high school you always told me about? The 'hell hole with demon spawns'?" his roommate quoted his previous words.
