Aphmau's P.O.V

I arrived at school and waited for the bell to ring. "Hey you!" someone yelled. I turn around to see a girl with pale red hair and teal eyes, another girl with lavender hair, darkish green eyes, cat ears and a tail and a few more girls with them. "Hi I'm Aphm-" "Yeah yeah I don't care, all you need to know is to stay away from Garroth Ro'Maeve he's mine!" the pale red haired girl boomed. "You better stay away from Laurance, too!" the lavender haired girl thundered. "Wait what?" I said, confused. "Don't play dumb with us. Just stay away from them or else." Then they sashayed away. What the heck just happened?! Should I listen to them? Nah, what's the worst that could happen?

Katelyn's P.O.V

I was ready to approach Aphmau when I saw Ivy, Michi and a group of girls talking to Aphmau and leaving after a little bit. I run up to Aphmau. "Aphmau what happened?" I ask worringly. "..." "Aphmau!" "..." "Aphmau talk to me!" I yell as I shake her awake. "Huh?" she asked. "What happened Aphmau?" I aggressively asked. "They said to stay away from Laurance and Garroth." "Don't listen to Ivy and Michi. They're just a couple of dumbasses. " "What if something bad happens to me?" she said, sounding scared. "I highly doubt it Aphmau, you'll be fine I promise." I said surely as I hugged her. We hug for a few moments. She told me, "Thanks Katelyn." "You're welcome. But remember, don't worry about it you'll be fine." After our hug session, Garroth and Laurance came up to us.

Garroth's P.O.V

"Hey Aphmau!" Laurance exclaimed. "Hey Laurance" she muttered back. "Hi Aphmau how are you are doing?" I asked. "I'm doing great" she answered. By the look in her eyes I could tell she was lying to me. I glance over at Laurance and I think he also knew Aphmau was lying. "Aphmau are you sure you're alright?" Laurance asked. "Yeah I'm fine don't worry", she replied and then gave us a fake smile. "Are you sure?" "Yeah." "Ok. how about you, Katelyn?" "I'm doing good", Katelyn acknowledged as she whispered to me, "I'll tell you and Laurance later what's wrong with Aphmau." I whispered back, "When?" She whispered back, "After first period." I looked back at Aphmau seeing her talking to Laurance. "What class do you have?" he asked. "Oh I have WWLF 107, wait what?" Then she looks at her schedule again. "What's it about anyways?" she asked. The bell rang, interrupting our conversation. "We'll continue this conversation later, bye!" "Yeah we'll see you later", Laurance said. "Bye guys!" she yelled as Katelyn and herself walked away. Me and Laurance have the same class next so we walk together. "She's really cute", I whisper to myself. "Who?" Laurance asked curiously. "Huh?" "Who's really cute?" "What are you talking about?" I asked as I felt heat rising up to my cheeks. "Come on you know you can tell me anything." "No." "Come on!"

Laurance's P.O.V.

I watched as Garroth blushed a deep shade of red. After a few good seconds, Garroth hesitantly replied, "Aphmau." "Oh, her. Yeah she's really cute.", I acknowledged. "Really? I thought you would have said no." We get to class and sit in our seats. "Hell no. But what I want to know is what was wrong with her. How about you?" "Yeah. Something seemed really off like she was scared or something, you know?" "Yeah. Shit. Don't look now. Teacher about to tell us off for talking in class." The teacher came to tell us off for talking in class. After that we started to actually listen to the dumb class called History.

Time skip

Katelyn's P.O.V.

I scurry over to Garroth and Laurance's History class and wait for them. "Oh hey Katelyn. So what was wrong with Aphmau?" Laurance asked. "So basically Ivy and Michi told Aphmau to stay away from the both of you or else so now she's really scared", I answered. " Wait what? Seriously?" they both ask at the same time. "Wait wait. So let me get this straight. Ivy and Michi told Aphmau to stay away from Laurance and me or else something bad is gonna happen to her", Garroth repeated. " Yeah", I stated. "They really think we're going to let anything happen to her?" Laurance asked. "I don't know but it's better to be safe than sorry, isn't it Laurance?" I ask him, hands on my hips. "I guess." "Now we gotta make a pact to protect Aphmau no matter what", I said, sticking out my hand. Garroth and Laurance put their hands in as well. " For Aphmau!" we all exclaim as we lift our hands in unison.
