Today Alvin makes some Jerk chicken with inspiration from Ainsley Harriott.
"He he Boi" Said Paul.
"Give your meat a good old rub" Demanded Alvin.
"The aroma, it's a bit special" Noted Paul.
"Also, if you like it a bit spicy then add a couple of teaspoons of rum - make that tablespoons" Informed Alvin.
"Jerk Chicken. Jerky" Joked Paul.
"Movie people love to make movies" Alvin pondered.
"Spicy" Announced Paul.
"One ounce of white breadcrumbs. If you wanted to use brown, you could but I'm using white so we'll shove all that in there, like that" Declared Alvin.
"More beautiful than any of his women" Stated Paul.
"And he got shipwrecked. The old Schwashbuckler, getting shipwrecked in port Antonio" Recounted Alvin.
"Yeah, give that a little bit of a mix" Muttered Paul.
"All that kind of juiciness and tenderness you get with your meat" Cried Alvin.
