Onto the diet:

If you don't want to become vegan but you want to be healthier, without loosing the meats and dairy, then just start slowly with the instructions below.

1. Meats
Try to only eat certain meats (ones not to eat listed below)
Pork
Seafood (shellfish etc.)
Moose
Snake
Skunk
Turtle
Raccoon
Camel
Horse
Sheep
Goat
Deer
Wolf
Squirrel
Chipmunk
Monkey
Shark
Dolphin
Whale
(You get it.. But u can still eat chicken, turkey and things like that)

If u can't give up most of those things then just try to limit the amount you eat per day

2. Dairy
You can basically have any dairy as long as you try to limit the amount each day.
(example: had cereal with milk for breakfast? Then if u are going to have dairy with any other meal that day, try to keep it to a very small amount)

Vegan tips:

Being vegan only means you can't eat dairy or meats
You can still have gluten and those kinds of things.

Going to Starbucks and not getting cream is gross.. Just ask for your coffee to be soy!

Starbucks soy coffees that are amazing:
Soy latte
Soy green tea latte
Etc.

Being a vegan can be hard especially when you don't know the good vegan brands yet and are too scared to buy any in case it tastes bad.

A couple of the top good vegan brands:
Morning Star (meatless meats but still good)
Silk (soy milk, yogurt, ice cream.)

If you look up "good vegan recipes" on google, a lot of results will pop up, but don't try making any of them until you read the reviews. Yes people have different taste but if there are almost all bad reviews, you'd be glad you looked.
