Chapter 2- The Hospital

I hurried out of the car and saw the ambulance pulling one of my sisters in the truck..... it was Legacy.
I ran to the police to see what was going on.
"Officer what happened that's my sister," I started to yell and started to panic.
"Ma'am please calm down we are getting the information right now", The officer tried to calm me down but didn't really help.
"where is Legend I need need to know where she is right now," I yell at him again.
"Hey I'm right here calm down," Legend says from behind me. I turn around and hug her as soon as I see her.
I slowly start to calm down as she hugs me, and I ask her "do you know what happened?"
She says" I don't know everything all I know is that there was a fight going down, just stay calm and I'll go check what information they have."
I said, "okay I'll try to get a hold of Leelynn and get her over here as soon as possible."
She yelled back and said "Okay do what you can, but remember stay calm."
I hollered back and said, "Okay I will try."
She kept walking over to the incident as I dialed Leelynn's number. When I got a hold of her she said, "Heyy what's up?"
"Come to the street right around the corner from the school as soon as possible." I said in a fast paced voice.
"Why what happened?" She asked in a worried voice.
"Just get here quickly and I'll explain later just hurry." I said quickly.
As she was hanging up she said "okay I'm on my way. "
I hung up the phone and just glared at it while all these thoughts were coming to my mind. What if she dies, what if she's not okay. How would we explain this to our parents. Just all these bad thoughts hitting me like crazy. All I could say to my self was "Everything's going to be okay."
I turned around to see legend coming up behind me.
She came to me and I asked, "did you find anything out?"
All she could do was look down in disappointment.
I bent down and looked at her scared and said, "is everything alright, is she going to be okay, Legend please tell me she's okay."
She slowly raises her head and looks at me with tears starting to pour like a shower down her soft gorgeous face.
She slowly starts to speak, starting off by saying, "Laila were going to get through this no matter what happens."
My eyes slowly started taking a shower also.
"What do mean, what's happening tell me", I asked in a fast worried tone. "She may not live but the police just took her to the hospital."
All I could think about right then was what am I going to do with out her, how could I possibly move on what's going to happen all at the end. I was sobbing nonstop,legend put her arms around me and hugged me and said, "everything's going to be alright we just have to pray for her."
I turned around to see Leelynn pulling up she jumped out of the car and started yelling,"what is going on?" while running up to us.
"Legacy is in the hospital," I said still sobbing.
"How what did you do just because she beat you in the hallway doesn't mean you can put her in the hospital," She started to yell at Ash.
"Leelynn it wasn't him he was in the car with me your not making this any better."
"Then who did it," she looked really confused.
"I don't know but we need to get to the hospital to take care of our sister."
"I told her to stop racing and pick a different hobby," Leelynn said way more upset.
"Leelynn its not your fault its that person that either shot or rammed into her," I say pissed.

------Legacy's POV--------
I was on some bed and I can't open my eyes I try to stir to wake myself up but I couldn't move.
"Legacy please wake up we miss you and your loud mouth saying a lot of mean things." It sounded like Legend. She grabbed my hand and squeezed tight. I wanted to tell her to back off because it hurt to try to move, but I didn't because I knew how worried they were about me. Then my head started to hurt and I could finally open my eyes. I let out a painful moan and then the lights went down.
"I can't believe James shot me in my own car," I said in a powerful voice.

----------------Laila's POV------------------
We were waiting for Legend to get out of Legacy's room so we could leave and figure out who did this to her.

"NURSE!!!" We hear Legend yell from the room. We run to see what was going on, bursted threw the door and there was Legacy waking up.The nurse came in and turned the lights down for Legacy's head. I start to calm down as soon as I turn around to see my mom walking in the room with a worried face.
"Is everything okay," She says in a worried tone.
"Ya everything's fine she's just waking up from the wreck." I say in a confident voice.

"What wreck why didn't I hear about this," She begins to yell.

"We didn't want you to worry." I say in a scared tone.
"I'm worried even more for the fact that ya'll didn't tell me," Her face began to turn red.
"We're sorry we should have told you sooner , but we didn't because we wanted to wait until we found out what really happened," I began to slowly say.
"And what do you think really happened Laila," She started to step forward.
"She was driving and someone that was pulling out from their drive way rushed back and jammed into the side of her car."
"And why was she not at school with you and the others?"She began to say faster.
"It was lunch time and she wanted to go pick up food from sonic."
Our parents really don't know about any of our hobbies and our gang so we try to cover it up with other things.
"Was it really Laila was it really," she then got right in my face knowing it wasn't the truth.
"Yes it was I wouldn't lie about something like this," I yelled.
"Can you not yell in here this isn't good for Legacy," Legend then put her hand on my shoulder.
We then looked at Legacy and mom took a deep breath and stomped over to the bed and slammed her hands on the bed.
"Ma'am if you are going to be slamming your hand down please leave the room," The nurse says to mom.
"You don't tell me what to do," Mom then grabbed Legacy earning a cry from her.
The Nurse then calls the police to escort her out of the room.
"You can't tell me to get out of my daughters hospital room!" She yelled at everyone.
"Mom just stop and leave," I say going over to Legacy's bed.
I try to calm Legacy down but its useless because the bio tics are warring off so she is now crying.She is scared for her life and her heart has a fast pace. It was so hard because my mom was still yelling at us. The police arrived.
