Right now LM, RF, and RL, and even JM all have an equal chance of happening. But you know the one ship we haven't been paying much attention too or no one takes seriously? Maya and Farkle.
The writers have been foreshadowing this from season 1 if you go and rewatch it. In the pilot Farkle asks "is it our honeymoon?" Then from there you see how overprotective of him she is. "We need to get MY Farkle back..." She wanted Lucas to beat up the guy bullying him. She wanted to beat up the person who said he didn't deserve them as friends. The one thing that has always stuck with me is the look she gave him in the season 1 finale after he kissed her hand. You could see she was starting to view him differently. She also gave him 84% for their first date.

Most obvious foreshadowing: The wedding Farkle actually proposed to Maya Maya didn't have to say yes or even pretend marry him Not only were Maya and Farkle wearing actual wedding attire but she had an actual engagement ring on and a bouquet Which she threw to Riley as she standing next to Lucas The one that was his mother's no less (the engagement ring not the bouquet) Now some can argue that Riley and Farkle were married. Lucas proposed to her on behalf of Farkle (that was a foreshadowing for Lucas and Riley, Farkle and Riley are just a misdirect) Actually they weren't. See after she put on the ring and Maya was marrying them his mother came and took back the ring followed by Smackle interrupting the wedding. So no she was never actually married to him. When Farkle divorced both of them and was in the Bay Window with Smackle who was seated right next to him as well? Riley had gotten up and left but Maya stayed... Now on to the high five. Maya says she felt nothing. But that is a flat out lie. Look at her face, she totally felt something when they touched. Just like after he kissed her hand.
Why did Farkle want Riley to tell her secret? Yes, I think part of it was because you don't lie to friends but I think there was more. Why was he questioning all of his feelings that he didn't understand? Who has Farkle always been more drawn too?
According to the writers the "Farkle will have strong feelings for Smackle. This season."

Anyways, I believe this will be the plot twist for season 3. As much as I love Josh I believe the writer's endgame has always been Maya and Farkle and that's why they started to pair Riley with Farkle more, to throw us off their plot twist.
