Andrea

I closed my locker and walked to class.

I was glad it was my last year in this hell.

I entered and saw my one and only best friend. Her came was Rachel, and we have known each other for YEARS! I loved her to death.

But today was special it was her Birthday.

"Happy Birthday!" I say and gave her a tight hug.

She smiled widely at me and said, "thanks!"

"Ready for tonight?" She asks as I took out my books and put them onto my desk.

"Definitely!I can't miss it." I say while flipping to a page.

Rachel was going to have a huge party.

That was the buzz around my school. We lived in a small town everyone knew everyone. Once a rumor went around everyone knew.

Rachel had short wavy brown hair and curious green eyes. She was a popular person, but she wasn't a mean girl. She is the nicest person I know but when she wants pay back she gives it. Bad. Or anything that really angered her.

I was the opposite of her though, I have blonde straight hair and plain blue eyes.

Plain, plain, plain. That was my lifestyle, plain.

"Andrea is something on your mind?"

I snapped out of my thoughts, "No, i'm fine. I just didn't get much sleep."

"Aww. Take a nap when you get home though you definitely aren't sleeping tonight."

I laughed and the class started.

"Alright remember I want to see you at my house at 6 pm sharp!" Rachel said excitingly.

I laughed and nodded my head.

"Bye!" waved at her as she drove away. I now stood in front of the school alone.

"Hey Andrea."

I turned around and saw Jacob Millers. The ultimate player in my town.

I sighed. "What do you want Millers?"

He slung his arm around my shoulder and I quickly flicked it off.

"You don't have to be so harsh Andrea."

I shrugged and looked for my brother's car. He was supposed to pick me up.

"Need a ride?" He asked.

"Never from you." I said and flashed a fake smile.

"Haha funny. Tell Rachel I won't be able to make it to her party tonight."

"Why not?" I asked out of curiosity.

"I have a date."

I laughed everyone knew he was a player, only girls who wanted sex went out with him. Even if you're seen with him outside of school your reputation was ruined.

I laughed, "Wow ditching a party for a girl? How rare."

He laughed and said, "Bye Andrea!"

I rolled my eyes and didn't respond. I soon then see my brother's car approaching.

"What took you so long?" I asked as I got in the front passenger seat.

"Sorry I had to pick up those losers." He gestured his hand to the back seat. His friends sat there on their phones and waved at my not looking up at their screens.
