Stella stared at her tv blankly, not even paying attention to what was happening on the screen. "What the hell are you doing?" Stella's head snapped around to find a redhead standing in her doorway clad in a navy blue top tucked into a a plaid mini skirt, paired with a pair of high-heeled ankle boots. "What am I doing?- What the hell are you doing?" Stella questions back, confused at to what Lydia's intentions could be.
Lydia cocked her head to one side and put her hand on her hips. Her lips quirked upwards into a coy smiles as she ventured further into Stella's messy bedroom. "I'm here to help you unpack." Stella looked at Lydia, uncertain to as what she means.
Lydia Martin couldn't possibly want to actually help, unless there was something in return of course. "What's the catch?" Stella questions, standing up and mimicking Lydia's stance. Lydia waves her hand, dismissing Stella. "No catch, sweetie."
Stella raises her eyebrows at this statement, "there's definitely a catch." Lydia held her stance for a few seconds before letting her head sag forwards on her shoulders. "Fine, look. Allison bailed on me again for my double date-" "I don't blame her" Stella butts in. Lydia closes her eyes, trying to contain her anger. She re-adjusts her posture and carries on with what she was saying, "and I need somebody to come with me."
Stella laughs at the thought of actually going on a double date, especially with Lydia Martin. "There is no way in literal hell I would be caught dead going on a double date. Actually- as a matter of fact, on a date at all."
Lydia grunts in frustration, "so what are you.. asexual?" Lydia puts her hands on her hips, and her 'nice-girl' act, is long gone and nowhere to be found. You couldn't even tell that she was the same girl. "Have you even ever had a proper boyfriend before?"
Stella is taken back by this. "I've had boyfriends before" Stella matter-of-factly states. "I've had plenty." Lydia sarcastically nods her head and looks Stella up and down. "I'm sure you have." Stella rolls her eyes, not having time for this.
"Okay, maybe I haven't. What does it matter?" Stella absently shrugs. Lydia plants a single hand on her hip, leaving Stella with a blank look for a few moments before waving her hand dismissively. "You know what, here, you go get some scissors and we'll get to unpacking."
Stella purses her lips at Lydia's sudden change in attitude. "No catch?" Stella questions, eyeing Lydia carefully. "The catch is; that if your not back here in 5 seconds with some scissors then I'm leaving." Lydia chides. Stella nods and quickly rushes downstairs to collect some scissors.

"Look Lydia, they're definitely matching" Stella says, notifying Lydia for the hundredth time that night. "Ugh" Lydia drawls out, "pareidolia, for like- the billionth time." Stella collapsed back onto her bed in annoyance. "It's a subset of apophenia" Stella says, mocking Lydia. Lydia ignores Stella and continues hanging dresses up in Stella's closet, but is soon distracted by Stella sighing loudly.
Lydia goes to hang another dress up but jolts at the sound of Stella sighing loudly again, causing Lydia to hit her wrist on the roof of the cupboard. Lydia lets her hands drop to her side, and spun around swiftly to see what's causing Stella to make those unpleasant sounds. "Okay! What is it?"
Stella turns to her side, facing Lydia. Lydia raises her eyebrows questioningly, waiting for an answer. "I can't stop thinking about this. They're definitely matching" Stella insists, holding out her arm to reveal the bruise.
Lydia sighs, and pushes a few strands out of her face. "Okay, since it's bothering you so much.. I think I might know someone who can help."

The pair arrived at the house where Scott and Stiles were 'partying' at. Stella looks at the house, displeased. "Who's birthday party is this? Their Grandmothers" Lydia lightly shoves Stella to shut her up. Scott walks over to the two with an apprehensive look plastered on his face. "Hey, what's up?" Stella looks at Lydia to explain but Lydia just raises her eyebrows at Stella, waiting for Stella's explanation to Scott.
Stella looks up to the sky to gather her thoughts, and attempt to form a coherent sentence. Lydia raises one eyebrow questioningly, as the three of them stand there in silence. "Stella" Lydia drawls out, frustrated that she was forced to drive Stella all the way to the other side of town, only to be standing there in awkward silence.
Stella looks back down at Scott with confidence, "well.." Stella drawls out, and Lydia's whole body drops in frustration. "Today in school some girl grabbed our wrists and it left a bruise" Lydia explains, deciding to take charge of the situation. Stella nods in agreement, "yeah, and it left like- a pattern.. the exact same thing on both wrists" Stella explains, lifting the sleeve of her shirt to reveal the bruise on her wrist.
