The Great Escape

No ones POV

It was now late at night all the touches had been lit and people were in their homes eating and enjoying themselves, at the palace the Lords dined before they would soon leave but there was a open spot at the head of the table

"Where is the Princess?" one of them asked partially annoyed

"Now now calm we were told she fainted earlier and is in bed resting" said Lord Jura

The servants came in carrying foods and drinks for the royal guests, Sting layers back in his chair annoyed, "Well still sucks heard she was quiet the looker. Am i right Lyon?"
He elbowed Lyon who was sitting by him and he blushed feeling a little uncomfortable, "Well yes she is a very beautiful Maiden."

"Then you should work harder to get her then." Sting said
"I am trying!"
"Sure doesn't seem that way." Sting laughed a bit and flicked him
"Why you!" Lyon stood up angered, "I'll go check up on her now then!"
He was about ready to march out when some servants with guards walked in, "Good evening my Lords we got a gift for you, the finest of wines and booze in the kingdom."
They all looked at the cart full of alcohol, "Who is this from?"
"Its a gift from one of the guys up top, Gajeel."

Juvia's POV

Me and Gray-sama silently made our way down the palace wall using our combined magic, Gray-sama kept his arm wrapped around me tightly as we descended, 'This is like a dream!!' i thought, 'Juvia gets to be held by Gray-sama so tightly and close!!' I almost squealed in excitement if it wasn't for us try to sneak

I frowned a little as we reached the roof where we were planning to meet up with Gajeel and Levy
Gray-sama walked a bit out crouched and looked around and whispered, "Gajeel where are you, you fuzzy haired bastard"
"The fuzzy haired bastard is right by you idiot." Gajeel said standing behind Gray-sama and then punching him in the head as i jumped back running into a small figure by me
"Hey watch it!" they said it a whispered voice, i quickly turned to seem a small light blue haired girl, "That hurt a bit..."
"Oh sorry!! Juvia didn't mean to hurt you, you must be Levy right?"
She got up and brushed herself of and then smiled a bit, "Yeah i am and you must be Juvia." she reached her hand out and i shook it smiling back
"Ok now that ya got you introductions its time to go." said Gajeel walking towards us with Gray, "We don't want to get caught."
We all nodded and turned to go when someone yelled from another roof, "Well to late for that!!"

It was Lyon

-back to earlier in the dinning hall-
Lyons POV
I laid against the wall as the others drank and laughed, i didn't feel like joining them Sting's words still bugged me from earlier.
I slid against the wall sneaking towards the door then quickly opened and slipped out and ran towards Juvia-chan's room.
I got their quickly and knocked on the door, "Ohhhhh Juvia-chan"

-nothing-

"Juvia-chan its me your beloved Lyon!"

-more nothing-

"Juvia-chan?" i was feeling concerned and froze the lock then broke it opening the door and looked around

-guess what!?

Still nothing-

I went into a panic and ran around the room looking and found no trace, i ran to the window and saw my clue.

A trail of ice.

Gray!!!

-present time-
Gray's POV

I stood on the roof looking over and Lyon as Juvia, Levy, and Gajeel all stood by me

"Gray!! Release the princess!! Now!"

I clenched my knuckles and turned to Gajeel, "Get them out of here." i said calmly. He looked as though he was ready to argue but then nodded and picked them both up which followed with much complaint and them hitting his back as Levy called him a perv

They ran off and turned back to Lyon as he shot an ice hawk at Gajeel, i made an ice gun and shot it down and it sprayed then with ice as they jumped off the roof.

"Get out of my Gray!" Lyon said making an shooting ice out of the roof towards me, i crouched down and did the same our pieces of ice colliding in the middle forming a bridge we both ran across towards each other

"Ice Make Tiger! Ice Make Dragon!" he shot the ice beasts at me, i jumped into the air landing on the dragon sliding down its back, "Ice Make Cannon!!" i yelled making a cannon and blasting the tiger to pieces sliding to Lyon
"Damn you Gray, Ice Make serpentine!!" he shot many different snakes of ice at me as i formed a sword as the dragon below me disappeared, i fell towards the bridge trying to avoid and destroy the serpents as i did. One got past hitting me in the arm and blood sprayed out as i hit the bridge hurting my other.
"Nice try trying to stop me Gray." Lyon said as he stepped on my bleeding am causing me to yell in pain, "It was really a good effort but shes destined to be mine the kingdoms demand it."
He pressed down harder and i yelled more in pain and he crouched down smiling, "This ends today Gray."
"Yeah for you." i laughed and put my hand on the bridge and used my magic to start breaking it.
"Gray what are you doing!?"
"Taking you down." he panicked and tried to run but fell over and looked back to see i used my blood to freeze his foot in place.
"Damn it Gray!! Damn it! Damn it! Damn it!!!!" he yelled kicking me as the bridge broke and we began falling. I grabbed his leg and broke the ice connecting us and started punching each one hurting because of my injuries.
Lyon was freaking out and pushed away trying to land in some water below an i spread my arms and legs to go slower.
He landed in the water and quickly pulled himself out and looked up at me as i prepared my magic.

"Ice Make!!!" i yelled as he panicked more and shot random animal ice creatures at me most missing completely.

"Infinite! Blades!!" I swung my arms and made and blade after blade after blade around me soon hundreds were made then thousands.

"Gray!!!"
"Lyon!!" i blasted him with the attack at full force as i hit the water myself

I pulled myself out of the water gasping as Lyon payed on the ground cut and brushed and knocked out.
I coughed and started walking towards the meeting place freezing my injuries

-Later-

I walked up over the hill away from the kingdom as i heard alarm bells sound from all the towers, they must of found out about what happened.

I looked ahead and saw the carriage we were taking and smiles and limped over, in a second the door swung open and Juvia ran to me and hugged me extremely tightly i swear she broke something else

"J-Juvia think ya can be a little less tight...?"

She shook her head it nuzzled into my neck and she was crying. i sighed a bit then smiled and hugged her back and looked at the carriage and was meant with the smiling faces of Gajeel, Levy, Natsu dressed as the driver, and Lucy

I laughed a bit then looked at Juvia, "Hey Juvia?"

"Yes Gray-sama?"

"I love you."

"Juvia loves you to."

We both smiled and she wrapped her arms around my neck and i wrapped mine around her waist and we came together for a kiss as the whole carriage broke out in cheers and laughed and Natsu handed Gajeel fifty bucks

This was our happy ending
