CHAPTER 5 | Become closer

Minhyuk and Hayoung are still waiting for Kai answer.

Kai blushing , "No i'm not. What are you trying to say?"

Minhyuk smiling , "It's okay if you dont. Don't be mad. Hayoung just asking."

"Yeahh. Im just asking you. Don't take it to heart. I'm sorry Kai-ssi.", said Hayoung.

Kai sighed. "I'm going. See you tomorrow."

Now it is the time for lunch break. Hayoung approach Somi who is watching other student playing netball through out the window class. "Somi-ah , what are your planning for this weekend?"

"Mmmm. Seojoon oppa asked me to accompany him."

Hayoung opens her eyes widely , "Are you dating with him?"

"No im not!!" , Somi face turns red.

"Then?"

"Should we go together? I'll introduce you too. He is very handsome you know!"

"Jinjja? I want to go to!!! But...."

"You have a date with Minhyuk? It's okay. I will go by myself." , Somi smiling.

Hayoung smiling too , "Are you up to something?"

Somi is just smiling. "This is my first date."

A young boy is standing in front of the school gate.

Kai's POV

Where is she? Why she is not showing up yet?

"Kai-ssi!!" , somebody call me while waving her hand. It's Hayoung. "What are you doing here? Waiting for Somi?". I nodded my head. "Where is she?"

"She's just got home." , reply Hayoung.

"Already?"

Hayoung nodded. "Seems like she went to her favourite place."

"Where is that?"

At the beach.

Kai is watching Somi who is sitting facing at the beach. "What are you doing here at my place?"

Somi is in shock. "Kai?"

"I ask you. What are you doing here at my place?", said Kai with stoned face.

"Your place? Here?"

Kai nodded.

"I always been here. Haven't see you here before?"

"I just come over here today. Since today , here is my place."

Somi smiling , " What are you talking about? Trying to make me mad?"

Now Kai is sitting beside Somi.

"How do you know I am here?" , Somi asked. "Did Hayoung told you?"

Kai smiling. "What are you doing here? Don't you feel bored?"

Somi shaking his head , "No. I'm at peace just sitting here. I feel good."

Kai seems happy looking at Somi faces.

"Why are you searching for me? Do you have something to say?", ask Somi.

"I don't."

??? "Mmm..okay.", the situation suddenly becomes awkward.

Both of them are facing to the beach. The scenery is really beautiful. The cold wind make Somi feels happy too.

"Hey. Don't you feel the cold?" , ask Kai.

Somi looking at Kai faces. "No i'm not."

"Sure you have a thick skin."

"If you don't like it , why do you come over? You should stay at home. It's more warmer and you don't have to feel this cold."

"Ackkk." , Kai feel the pain at his right wrist while he is trying to stand up.

"What's wrong?", Somi asked. "Is it your hands are hurt over the cold wind?"

"It's not funny!"

"Let me see it." , Somi grab Kai hand.

"Yaa!! It's hurt!! Your hands are so cold you know." , Kai is in shock when Somi is holding his hands.

"Ah i'm sorry. Let's go inside to that cafe." , Somi rubbing her hands together so that it will get warmer and holding Kai hands again carefully.

At the cafe.

After wrapping Kai's wrist with small bandage  , Somi bring a hot tea to Kai. "Could you drink this with your left hand?"

Kai nodded.

"Why your hands is hurt? Is it because of cold wind?", Somi ask because she is really curious if there is a person who is like that.

"Are you trying making funny of me?"

"Then you should tell me.", Somi insist.

"I...I fell over riding a motorcycle."

Somi opens her eyes widely , "What? Yaa..you should be more careful. But..is it you hurt your wrist only?"

Kai is staring at Somi faces. Somi smiling , "Okay okay. I shouldn't be ask more. Sorry. I'll send you home later."

"No need for that. I still can walk by myself."

"Such an ego young boy." , said Somi.

"Young boy? You think I am a kid?"

"Yes you are! Because you can't take care of yourself carefully.", said Somi while pointing at Kai's wrist.

"Yaa!!"

"I'm done. Finish your drinks quickly. Annyeongg." , said Somi before leaving Kai alone.

Kai's POV

What's wrong with that girl? Why is my heart is waver again? Because of her?

Author's note : Sorry for late update. I am really busy with my studying now. Less than two weeks I'll be having test. It's ongoing assessment for my final exam. I'll be more focus on my studying but if i have time , sure I update this story.
