"Oh gosh Tikki! I feel so bad for ignoring Alya like that. She's probably mad at me. She'll think I'm the worst friend in the history of friends. What am I gonna do?!?"cried a flustered Marinette.
"Marinette calm down. Knowing Alya, she'll most likely come over to visit you,"lectured Tikki,"besides she's probably on her way right now.
"And what makes you think that"asked Marinette.
" I can see her walking in the bakery right now."
Normal POV
"Good afternoon Mrs. Cheng and Mr. Dupain! Is Marinette home" asked Alya.
"Yes. She's upstairs in her room. She said that she wasn't feeling well so we let her stay home" replied Sabine. "You can go upstairs and check on her if you want."
As soon as that was said Alya sprinted up the stairs to Marinette's room.
"Girl! Girl! Girl! You will not believe what happened today." claimed an ecstatic Alya
"Let me guess," said Marinette," something really bad happened to Chloe?"
"Noooo! Even better!" Exclaimed Alya.
"Well spit it out! What happened?"cried Marinette
"Since you were absent today Adrien has been going nuts. He's been asking people where you were all day. And today Chloe, being the brat she is was all like,'what's so special about Marinette anyways' and then Adrien totally went full red in the face and yelled at Chloe that you were the kindest and sweetest girl ever and that you werr way prettier than Chloe. He was so angry. Girl, I can honestly say that when he see's you tomorrow he'll be soo happy!" Alya wheezed our her last few words.
Marinette was shocked. She was a happy little puddle of girl.
"Do you think this means that...he likes me" questioned Marinette
"More like love Marinette!" Replied Alya
Their conversation was interrupted by a knock on the door and both girls jad their mouths agape at their Mystery visitor.
