Chapter 10

George

We were going to be parents! I'm going to be a father!

"Oi! how are we supposed to tell the others?" Lucy asks.

"Mmm we'll tell 'em when we get back." I say.

"Do ya wanna think of names?" She asked.

"I like Toby as a boy name." I say.

"I like Vera, as a girl name. It's very pretty." She giggled.

"What about, lets go in the water?" I deviously smile.

I walk over to her.

"George.."

I pick her up bridal style and run to the water.

"George!! Stooooop!!" She laughs.

I gently place her in the water, wary of our child growing in her stomach.

"But it's warm... So thank ya!" She smiled splashing water at me.

"That is warm, I might as well take a swim then." I say.

Lucy stands up and her face goes white.

"I'm gonna hurl-" she ran as quick as she could to the sand.

I quickly run after her and pull her hair out of her face.

"It's alright, get it out." I say rubbing her back.

She stands upright again.

"Think I'm done, but I feel like shit." She mutters angrily.

I laugh.

"What's so funny?" She smiled.

"You look so cute when yer angry." I say.

Lucy huffed.

"Whatever." She stomped back into the house.

"Baaabe." I groan stumbling after her.

She laid on on the bed.

"I feel like shit Georgie. Can we watch the Telly for a while?" She pouted.

She gave me her puppy dog eyes and she but her lip.

"Ok, just 'cause yer so cute when ya do that." I jump next to her.

"Awww! It drove the guys back home mad." She giggled.

I tensed and pulled her to me.

"Yer mine." I say.

"Ooh possessive are we?" She purred.

"And proud of it. I don't want anybody else to touch my girl but me." I say like a five year old saying no to his mum.

"Don't need to get possessive Georgie, I'm all yers for the takin'." She snuggled into my chest.

"Just the way I've always wanted it to be."
