Chapter 14- Back on the Road

The day after the siren attack, the threes pack their belongings and headed out. "C'mon Glinse! We've been walking aimlessly for 4 hours now! Where are you taking us?" Glinse turned towards Aries and smiled, " Well I found this place when I was little and when my parents died, I went on a search for a new home but stayed in the castle anyways. However there is a wide lake with a cave ahead, we should be there in about 1 hour!" Both Leo and Aries stopped and had a tired look on their face. Glinse then turned and said " Come on, guys what we're doing is worth it!" Leo and Aries sighed heavily trying to keep up with Glinse.
About an hour later, they found themselves at a sparkling blue lake with a den like mossy cave on the other side of the lake. "See guys I told yo-" Glinse was interrupted by the two screaming in joy as they ran around the lake and towards the mossy cave. " Glinse look at this! I found a set of tools and fish bones! " Glinse then ran over and stared at the pile of bones and stone tools " I-It looks safe, Leo pass me that Flint and steel" Leo then passed a stick and the flint and steel. Glinse strikes then again eachother *click*. *click* *fwoosh!* the torch lit the cave brightly and as Glinse slowly stepped, one after the other, *step* *step**step**step**step**crackle!* Glinse traveled deeper and deeper. " GLINSE WATCH OUT!" Glinse turned and a tall thin man pushed him down. "I SUMMON THEE LEREBRE FORGER OF HELL WEAPONS!" A man of magma appeared and burned the man. The man then shouted " I SUMMON THEE RETIYE THE POISONOUS DRADE!" A woman of posin ivy and vines appeared. The battle took place. Minute after minute Glinse struggled to get up but the mans boots stabbed into his chest like a knife driven into someone. Glinse had blacked out for a while but then about 30 minutes later Leo shook him to consciousness " Glinse! " Leo and Aries then hugged the dizzy boy "L-Leo, Ar-Aries where the man?" Aries looked back once " we beat him and then he ran off like a chicken!" Aries giggled and Leo went to fetch some cooked fish and water for Glinse. "Thanks Leo, I'm sorry I couldn't help you guys that guy was heavy..." Glinse looked down in shamed but Aries giggled and shook him once " Glindes it's fine you don't need to feel ashamed that man was pining you down anyways so there was not much you could do..."
"Okay, thanks I needed that"
"No problem, just eat cuz tomorrow we'll be cleaning up the place!"
"Okay night..."
