Chapter 2- New Home

I stayed in the hospital for the rest of the week. I was supposed to leave in an hour and then Jacob, that's his real name Jacob Adams I would have called him Jake if I didn't resent him so much, he sent a driver I have to stay at his house because am his wife. I still can't believe he married me without my permission.

My bag was packed and I was ready to leave. 'Are you ready to leave Mrs.Adams ' and I nod and said 'I am and can you call me Alexia ' 'I would ma'am but if I say it around Mr.Adams he will fire me.' 'So you call me Alexia whenever he's not around 'and I smiled to reassure me and he led me outside and put me in the car and he drove off and when he was about to turn on Jacob's way I told him to go to my previous home. 'Ma'am Mr.Adams gave me specific orders to take you to his home' 'I know but I have to go see my friend .' He sighed and carry me there, i could feel he's beginning to get overwhelmed when I got there. When we were at the hospital i could tell he was afraid of Jacob so i decided to leave and when I was about to leave I took up the rest of my clothes and he hesitated to say something but didn't and I told him to say it he said that Jacob didn't tell him about going to get clothes and he said he don't want to get in trouble with Mr.Adams because he's a ruthless man but I reassured him that I will make sure he won't lose his job.
When I arrive there stood Mrs.-Johnston at the door awaiting me when she saw me with my clothes she helped.It was comfortable and just to my liking and it hit me he remembered that I loved ocean blue when i saw it i said it was beautiful. She agreed and told me that dinner will be ready in an hour so I should freshing up and be down and that I shouldn't worry it may make me return to the hospital and I know this is weird but I rather stay in a hospital than at Jacob's house.

It was ten minutes before dinner when Jacob arrive and Mrs.Johnson came to tell me he's here I wasn't gonna go and to my surprise his family is coming over that made me change my decision instantly to not even coming from the bedroom when I told Mrs.Johnson she thought that I should come because they came to see me which only made things worse and I felt like I was about to have an anxiety attack. Then Jacob came and said 'good evening I heard your not coming to dinner Lexi.' 'I just don't feel up to it after all I didn't want to marry' 'you did once' and when he saw my face he knew he choose the wrong words 'yes i did once but that was a long time ago and I actually love you once. All of the stupidest things you do this is at number two.' ' What is number one.' 'Leaving and didn't come back.' He heard my voice and he knew he should leave. 'I know i don't have the right but please just come and meet them you don't have to eat just come meet and greet and then leave and he left he must be really desperate to tell me I don't have to eat. The first time we met and we were going out for a month he always made me finish my plate before we left he said that I should stay healthy. I know if I don't go my conscience will beat me. I went to finish getting ready for dinner.
