Ever Changing

Chapter Three

Transforming into a sparrow I flew around in my room.

"Rose get up homeschooling is starting back up." My mom said.

Sitting up I looked around to see where my mom was, then I noticed a sparrow on my shoulder.

"Okay, Okay I'm up." I said.

After that, the sparrow flew off my shoulder and transformed back into my mom. I decided to change my hair to a chocolate brown and to make my hair longer. Happy with my appearance, I went downstairs where my mom had set up two small desks.

*After Homeschool*

Going upstairs I went into my room to start my homework. Yes, my mom did assign me homework. Finishing up with one assignment I started the next. After I was done with homework I went back downstairs.

"Mom can I go outside?" I asked my mom.

"Yes, just be careful and don't get lost." My mom said.

"Thanks mom." I said just before running upstairs.

Grabbing my bag, I went back downstairs and grabbed my shoes. I opened a window, then transformed into an owl and flew out of the window. I flew up to the one of the tallest trees, and perched myself on a long branch. I put down my bag and looked around. Seeing the clearing in the field, I picked up my bag and flew over to it. I transformed back into a human and sat down on a rock in the center of the field and unpacked the food I brought. I pulled out my colored pencils and flipped back to the sketch that I drew of the beautiful field. I colored it in the best I could. Happy with how it came out, I put it away in my bag and started snaking on some crackers. After a few minutes, I packed away the crackers and transformed into an owl. After I hid my bag in the tree near the house, I changed into a sparrow and flew off towards the town looking for something to do. When I got to the town I landed on a roof top and looked around. Deciding there wasn't much to do here I flew back towards the house. When I was clear of the town I landed and morphed into a snowy owl to rest. Retrieving my bag, I flew into an open window and transformed back into a human. I ran upstairs and took out my sketch book with my colored pencils. After I put my bag away, I looked in my sketch book at the colored in picture of the field and within minutes I fell asleep.

*The Next Day*

"Rose time to get up! Homeschool starts in an hour." My mom said.

"Ok I will be up in a minute." I said.

"Oh I forgot to tell you, today someone is coming to be homeschooled with you. One of my school friends got a job at the Ministry of Magic and is unable to homeschool them anymore. He is a metamorphmagus too." My mom said.

"Okay, what's his name?" I asked.

"Cameron." My mom answered, while exiting my room, leaving me to get ready.

After getting ready, I went downstairs and ate some breakfast.

"Fifteen minutes before Cameron comes over." My mom said.

Rushing, I turned into a sparrow and flew up the stairs. Then, I brushed my hair and put it into a braid.
