Draco's eyes snapped open at the sound of Blaise knocking a pile of books off his dresser.
Morning...great, wonderful, flipping fabulous.
He groaned, he had a splitting headache and wanted nothing more than to go straight back to sleep, unfortunately he had a whole day of classes ahead of him.
"Why do I need school?" Draco questioned his friend, "I already want to cry and the year hasn't even begun yet."
"Rough night?" Blaise asked, ignoring Draco's thespian woes, and gestured to the bags under Draco's eyes.
Draco, who was half-way out of bed, flopped face first into his pillow sprawling his body across the bed dramatically.
"You are one for theatrics, aren't you?"

Draco dragged himself down to the great hall for breakfast, checking his schedule for the first time since he had arrived. He had Potions straight after breakfast with Gryffindor. Ugh. Transfiguration with Gryffindor second period. And after that History of Magic with Hufflepuff. He glanced through the rest of his schedule, checking only the classes that he had with Gryffindor to figure out which ones to dread the most.
"You gonna eat that?" Pansy asked him.
He prodded the fried egg with his fork, and shook his head.
"C'n I aff it 'en?" Pansy said through a mouthful of pancake, already reaching for his plate.
"Yeah, go ahead."
Draco grabbed a shiny green apple from the fruit bowl, he needed a walk.
The dream was on the back of his mind, and no matter how much he tried to push it out of his thoughts, it would keep coming back begging to be remembered.
It was just a dream. It meant nothing. Draco confirmed to his brain taking a nibble of his apple.
Only ridiculous fools, like the students who actually believed the rubbish that was divination, would dwell on dreams such as his own, and he resolved to continue ignoring it.
Draco made his way down the the Potions classroom taking a seat next to Pansy.
"Where did you disappear to?" She whispered.
"Oh you know... places." Draco answered vaguely trailing off halfway through his sentence.
Harry came into class laughing loudly with Ron. His hair was as usual, a mess. His tie was done sloppily, and his uniform was wrinkled and he had rolled up the sleeves to hide a stain on his jumper.
Pansy noticed Draco visibly melt as he walked in the door, and grinned a maniacal grin.
