Cadenza's Sleepover Pt. 1

Your POV
"Y/n! You're going to be late for school! You slept in!" Mum shouts at me. I shoot up out of my bed. "Oh my Irene!" I think. I quickly get dressed and go downstairs for breakfast. I eat, finish getting ready and walk out the front door while saying bye to mum. I turn around and walk straight into someone.
"Oh my Irene I'm so sorry," I say. Garroth laughs at me.
"Haha, it's fine y/n. So, do you um... wanna walk to school with me?"
"Sure," I say and we start walking there. About halfway to school we see Cadenza and Laurance.
"Hey! Cadenza!" I shout, Cadenza turns around.
"Oh y/n, Garroth! Hi! This is Laurance, he's my brother." She points to Laurance.
"Hey y/n, great to see you again," he says to me. Cadenza looks confused.
"Wait, how do you know Laurance?" She asks.
"Oh he's in my Irish class, we sit next to each other." I explain. Cadenza nods before speaking again.
"So, y/n do you want to come to my sleepover tomorrow night? A few of my friends are going to be there and Laurance is inviting a few of his friends over too."
"Speaking of which, Garroth, you wanna come too?" Laurance turns to Garroth.
"S-Sure, but you've never spoken to me before so why do you want me to come?" He replies.
"Well if y/n comes she might feel a bit out of place. It would be nice if she knew another person there, besides me and Cadenza."
Garroth nods and turns to me. "So y/n, are you gonna go?"
"I mean, I don't have any other plans and my mum definitely won't mind me going. Of course I'm going!"
We continue to walk and talk. Cadenza's already planning the whole night. She wants to use her karaoke machine and Laurance wants to watch a scary movie. It all sounds great. We get to school and go over to our lockers.

TIME SKIP
Garroth's Pov
I'm in my room packing for the sleepover when my phone goes off. It's Vlyad. I pick up the phone.
"Hey baby brother!" I say,
"Hey Garroth! So..... I got my ball stuck in a tree and Zane was trying to show off and get it. So I need your help cause he's stuck up there."
"Ahahahahahah! I'll be right there."
I walk outside and I look up and, as I had expected, Zane is stuck up there in the tree.
"Hey baby brother! How are you?" I say in a teasing voice.
"Oh, just get me down already!" Zane yells.
"Ok,Ok. But first..." I say as I take out my phone and take a picture of him, I send the picture to y/n.
"GARROTH! DELETE IT RIGHT NOW!" Zane screams at me. Y/n lives across the street and Zane was so loud that she comes out. She looks over at me, then Vlyad and then looks up at Zane. She laughs so much that I think she might pass out.
"So, Garroth, these are your brothers?" She asks.
"Yup, this is Vlyad and the one in the tree is Zane. Guys this is y/n."
"Well y/n it's nice to meet you," Vlyad says to her. She smiles at his politeness.
"Well, y/n unless you can climb trees then your not much help to me," Zane says. Y/n is taken aback by his rudeness. She thinks about her answer and honestly I don't think she's gonna get along with Zane.
"Well you're in luck, I just so happen to be able to climb trees." She says as she goes over to the tree.
"Uh huh..... sure." Zane mocks her.
"Zane! Be grateful that she's even helping you, most people wouldn't!"
Y/n climbs up and grabs Zane before he falls. She pulls him up and directs him down from the tree. Zane thanks her after I prompt him to and goes inside.

TIME SKIP
Your POV

Ok it's time to go to Cadenza's sleepover. I still can't believe Zane got stuck in a tree! I'm just going to get my phone. There's a knock on the door.
"I'll get it!" Mum says. She opens the door and Garroth is standing there.
"Oh hello, Garroth. Are you going to the sleepover too?" She asks.
"Yes, I am and I'm gonna walk with y/n. Is she there?" He asks her she's about to answer when I but in.
"I'm here alright. You ready? Wait don't answer that, it was a stupid question." He laughs at my stupidity.
"Alright then, let's go. Bye mum!" I say. We walk to Cadenza's house. Cadenza opens the door when we knock.
"Glad you guys are here, come on in. A few other people are here too. So if you want you can go talk to them. I need to do a few more things but if you need help don't be afraid to come to me or Laurance. Especially you y/n." She says as she brings us inside, there are four girls and four boys sitting there not including Laurance and Cadenza.
"Y/n, Garroth this is Katelyn, Nicole, Aphmau, Lucinda, Dante, Travis, Brendan and Aaron. Guys this is y/n and Garroth." Cadenza says and then she leaves to finish setting up the room upstairs. I sit down next to Garroth and the others just talk among themselves. I talk to Garroth for a few minutes and then one of the girls talks to me.
"Hi! I'm Aphmau, Cadenza has told me loads about you, like how good you are at school work, how much you love dogs and loads more. I hope I can get to know you more!" We talk for a few minutes and I look over to see Garroth talking to Laurance. Cadenza comes back and tells us what we're going to do first.
