Reaching late is my pet peev
And her reply was "calm down Steve."
"It's just a stupid restaurant," she continued
"Not far from 11th avenue."
Oh, I love how she talks, her walk and the way she draws
And tonight I'm going to propose to her perfect flaws.
"Are you alright?" she asked," You seem a bit green."
For the past few months however, how excited I've been
Kaitlyn is unpredictable, she can say no,
And now its time for us to go.
I start to drive, the radio is on
She starts to sing the words all wrong.
I chuckle under my breath
Hoping that she doesn't see the sweat.

We reach, we sit and there we meet
Her ex-boyfriend and he comes over to greet
I immediately feel jealousy flare up my spine
Doesn't he know that now she is mine
It was distinct that he was flirting
And I felt like hitting
Him on his pretty boy face
It would rid the earth of someone occupying lots of space.
