These are the four things you'll have to do when something bad or a sudden bad memory comes out of your mind. Don't let it affect you. As said, stop the pain and rewind the happiness. Just think about your happy moments together.
Just keep moving. Keep Moving Forward. You can't change the fact that those memories will come back but 'past is in the past', correct? So don't let it bother you although it hurts.
