Letter 26
Dear Z,
I'm writing to you—my past self—because I believe we're different people. You are young, optimistic and happy, where as I am not. You are strong and I've given up my strength
Remember when you wrote letters to your future self? The ones to a mother with a husband, a job and three kids? I'm sorry that those dreams will never become reality. I regret so many of the decisions I made, and I'm sorry. I ruined your hopes and dreams and they're gone now. Instead, replaced with an empty shell of a person who can manipulate words. I can't keep writing this because there's so much left to say.
Goodbye life,
Z.
