Abbee was furious because of Meng. They were a always so happy together. She is so jealous of them that her thoughts became really demented.
The sky is dark blue with the sun setting against it. Only an hour left before she is off dancing with death. She leaps from one rooftop to the next in the concealing blackness of night. She had never told anyone what she was about to do. Nobody had any idea of what she really was. Last week something happened to her that involves Peng that have messed up her thoughts.
*flashback*
Abbee was at her living room binge watching favorite show. Her boyfriend has dumped her for someone new. She heard a knock so she ran to answer it. It was Peng. Abbee asked," What are you doing in my house." I was on a date with Meghana and Sanjana heard you're going through a break up. She made me by you this ice cream and told me to comfort you. She's scary so I couldn't say no."
Abbee and Peng got closer to the tv. "Why are you always around when someone's in a mess?" Abbee questioned, sitting down so Peng could sit next to her on the sofa ."Because lately you're always a mess," Peng answered half jokingly, but his smile faded when he saw Abbee's puffy red face. "Sorry, that was kind of mean." "t's ok."Abbee answered, resting her head on Peng's shoulder. "Peng ?"Abbee's voice whispered into the dark room. "Do you miss Meghana?" "Always," Peng responded, wondering where this new line of conversation was going. "Do you miss your ex."
There was a slight moment of silence before Abbee answered. "I did, but now I don't. It wasn't his fault. I know that now. I am a horrible person to be dating. My biggest regret is not being able to help him when he was hurting like that. Why wouldn't he let me help him?"Abbee 's words sounded lost and desperate, as if he were searching for the answer to a question that didn't have one.Peng looked at her and smiled. He nicely said," You're not a horrible person. Don't say that ever again. You're a wonderful girl and if he can't see that than that's his lost. Anyone would be lucky to have you, " Truthfully, Peng didn't know what he meant by his words. They just slipped from his mouth without any serious thought. It hurt to see his friend in this state and he wanted so baldy to help her. Before Peng could come up with a response, a pair of soft lips pressed against his mouth. Eyes going wide, he looked down to find Abbee pressed against him. Some part of him had always wondered what it'd be like to feel Abbee's full lips pressed against his own. Now that it was happening, he didn't know what to do.
"Sorry,"Abbee whispered, pulling away and leaning back against the sofa cushions. "I don't know what I was thinking."
"I do,"Peng responded, placing a hand on Abbee's shoulder and scooting closer. "You wanted to try and forget him and you thought kissing me would help distract you."
"Sorry,"
"Don't be."Peng whispered, moving his hand from Abbee's shoulder to himself, "I think I should go now," He said.
*Flashback ends*
Abbee had no idea how to feel about Peng right now. All she knew is that if she wanted to find out, Meghana has to be out of the picture.
It was 2 in the morning Abbee ran down the streets to go to Meghana's home to do the dirty deed. She found a spare key obviously hidden under the mat. Quickly and silently she ran to Meghana's room. She got on her bed, Meghana just woke up, she pushed Meghana off. Meghana landed crushing her head against the floor with a pool of blood forming around her lifeless body. "You." A deep voice said.
