I walked into the woods in search for my friend. I looked in all directions, trying to find any sign of him. When I couldn't find any thing I tried calling his name, but that failed too. But it didn't stop me from trying.

"DIPPER!"

"Man, where is that kid? I'm really starting to worry."

I searched for over 4 hours, and I was very tired. I yawned, and sat down by a tree. I closed my eyes and fell asleep. I awoke hours later to the sound of cracking leaves. I got up and listened for the sound again. I turned behind a tree to see Dipper walking on a bridge over a pond. I gave a sigh of relief knowing he was okay, but I still had to bring him home. I walked quickly to him, and hid behind a tree so he couldn't see me. He stayed on the bridge looking down at the water until I heard him sing. But the words broke my heart.

"I'm tired of waking up in tears."

"Cause I can't put to bed these phobias and fears."

"I'm new to this grief I can't explain."

"But I'm no stranger to the heartache and the pain."

"This fire that I began, is burning me alive."

"But I know better than, to leave and let it die...."

"I'm a silhouette, asking every now and then."

"Is it over yet, will I ever feel again?"

"I'm a silhouette, chasing rainbows on my own."

"But the more I try to move on the more I feel alone."

"So I watch the summer stars to lead me home."

He took a breathe and I could tell he was holding back his tears. I held my hand to my mouth to stop me from making any noise.

"I'm sick of the past I can't erase."

"A jumble of footprints, and hasty steps I can't retrace."

"The mountains of things I still regret."

"Is a vile reminder that I would rather just forget."

"No matter where I go..."

"This fire that I began, is burning me alive."

"But I know better than, to leave and let it die."

"I'm a silhouette, asking every now and then."

"Is it over yet, will I ever smile again?"

"I'm a silhouette, chasing rainbows on my own."

"But the more I try to move on, the more I feel alone."

"So I watch the summer stars to lead me home."

"Cause I walk alone."

"No matter where I go."

"Cause I walk alone."

"No matter where I go."

"I'm a silhouette, asking every now and then."

"Is it over yet, will I ever love again?"

"I'm a silhouette, chasing rainbows on my own."

"But the more I try to move on, the more I feel alone."

"So I watch the summer stars to lead me home."

"I watch the summer stars to lead me home..."

When he stopped I couldn't help but just let my tears fall down my cheeks. I never knew he felt this way, because he's not alone. I had to do something, I came up with an idea, not the best but close enough. I walked out of the trees, and walked closer to the bridge. I started to sing as well.

"Just When you think, hope is lost."

"And giving up, is all you got."

"Blue turns black, your confidence is crack."

"There seems no turning back from here."

When I took a breathe he looked at me with tear filled eyes, and I began to sing again.

"Sometimes there isn't an obvious explanation."

"Why the holiest of hearts can feel the strongest palpitations."

"That's when love can build a bridge of light."

"That's what turns the wrongs all right."

"That's when you can't give up the fight."

"That's when love turns night time into day."

"That's when loneliness goes away."

"That's when you gotta be strong tonight."

"Cause only love can build us a bridge of light."

When I stopped ge ran to me and held me tight. I held him too, and I didn't want to let go. I picked him up gently, I could tell he was tired. I carried him on my back, and we began to walk into the forest.
