Emma lifted up her shirt just above her belly button and gasped in sheer horror. Her reflection in the pond she saw, as if she had been cut open from her belly button to her chest, metal was connecting the two pieces of skin along the whole wound. It was very poorly done and the cut messy, and reopened. She covered her mouth feeling sick, the sight was one that could scar someone for life. Feeling dizzy she rose to her feet knowing Armin would soon be back to bring food to the 3 children. As she stumbled along back to the barn, she remembered her now bloody shirt, which the blood was finally seeping through her jacket. Emma remembered that she grabbed money earlier to go get something to eat on her way back to her grandfathers house, which never happened thanks to the colossal Titan. She managed to find a small clothing store, somehow managing to stay open for all the events that just taked place. Emma quickly walked into the tiny store and picked out something similar to what she was wearing, therefore not many people would question the clothing change. As the Women looked up from behind her desk she gasped. Emma looked away from the clothing to see a not so elderly women staring at her in horror "good heavens! My dear what has happened?!" The aged women asks alarmed as she pointed to the growing blood stain. "O-oh um in not quite sure myself" Emma said sleepily mostly from the fact she losing a lot of blood. "Oh my dear come here lets get a look at it and get you bandaged up" The clerk said as she led Emma behind the shop into a little room in the back. The elder woman worked in silence secreting her expressions and thoughts to Emma's wound. "I-is it bad" Emma said finally after the women cleaned and bandaged the wound. The woman looked up to her but then turned her attention to the wound. " Its pretty deep... It's good a good thing you came to me, by the amount of blood loss you would have been dead by tomorrow afternoon, these bandages should keep you good until it's stopped bleeding" Emma felt she was going to cry. "W-why did you help me?" She asked on the verge of tears. "Your just a chile' in need and... Humanity needs to help each other if we want to cheat extinction" she says as she turns to Emma with a face of wisdom. Her response made Emma realize this elder lady inspired her. Though Emma wasn't with her for long before returning to Armin, Eren, and Mikasa, but after meeting this lady, Emma vowed she would live by this wise women's way of life and thinking.

Emma said goodbye to the women she soon Learned was named Gabriel, and after a few minutes of being lost, Emma finally came to the barn and went inside. Emma walked into see Eren wide eyed and staring at Mikasa. She looked around to see Armin had not come back yet. She walked over to Eren and Mikasa and asked "Did you just wake" as she crouched down to meet eye level with the grey and teal eyes. "Y-yea" Eren replied shaky. Emma smiled until she noticed the hanging from Erens neck. She remembered in the past Eren would talk about a key but he never said to what. As Emma was about to ask, Mikasa suggested we go outside to look for Armin. Emma and Eren nodded and followed Mikasa outside and soon saw Emma's male double running towards them with a handful of 4 loafs of bread. As he handed them the bread they thanked him. Emma was about to take a bite, she looked around to see the people of the garrison Corp giving the four of them death glares. Eren must have noticed to because he leaned over to Armin and muttered " What's their problem? ". Armin looked over to him and said "there's most likely a food shortage and this loaf of bread is a day's worth of food". The four children heard two garrison Corp guards making fun of the people who came to Trost from there destroyed cities. This pushed Eren over the edge and went right up to the two guards and kicked one of them in the shin. Next thing they all knew, Eren was thrown to the ground and was getting beat relentlessly by the 2 of them. Armin soon stepped in and reasoned with them to stop fighting while Mikasa dragged Eren away. Emma looked to Armin as he returned, "that was great Armin" Emma exclaimed as Armin had just revealed his secret power of persuasion. "It was nothing" Armin said rubbing the back of his head. Eren was ranting on about how we needed to stand up for ourselves, until Eren called Armin a Coward, Emma lost control of her actions and made her hand into a fist, and was about to punch Eren across the face, when Mikasa beat her to it. Eren lay across the ground. He sat up holding his face. "This not the time to be turning on each other Eren" Mikasa said until she was forcing Eren to eat the bread.

OMG IM SO SORRY FOR NOT FINISHING THIS FOR A WEEK!!! I played this chapter in my head for days, hours! But I just didn't want to explain Emma's wound. I have a perfect image in my mind but Idk if I explained it right!!!

The next chapter I have played in my head for weeks even before I started the book so it's should be done soon!!!
