Millie Redford and the Runaway

Kittens

Everyday Millie would go to the barn to feed Bessy. Every single day Bessy would slowly love Millie more.
Meeeeooooww cried Lollipop the Redfords cat. They had found her astray and brought her into the family. Lollipop was a tabby cat with tri-coloured fur of brown, grey and black. She had white socks and black around her eyes.
Millie also heard something else meow. Millie looked for Lollipop and found in a pile of hay. With little Lollipops. They were kittens!!
Millie ran to the house to get her brothers and sister Lucy.
Oh there are so cute! Exclaimed Lucy.
" I could pop it" said Joseph using his hands to pretend to squeeze the kittens.
" I want to keep them." Said David as he held and snuggled into the kittens.
" I don't want to tell mum and dad because they will sell them." Replied Lucy.
" But it's the right thing to do" stated David.
" O well, it doesn't matter, I want to hide them." Said Joseph.
" I don't know Joseph and Lucy I agree with David." Argued Millie.
" Come on Millie" tempted Lucy.
" Just because your the oldest doesn't mean you need to be the goodie goodie." Replied Joseph.
" That's not why I am arguing with you on this." Said Millie in whom looked hurt by then.
"Whatever", replied Millie finally lifting her right shoulder up.
" The thing is that you have to give up some of your food for lollipop and lots of time as well." Replied Millie.
David stood behind Millie hooding his head and pointing his finger as her also poked out his tongue.
"Come on David, let's go put the sprinklers on" said Millie as she turned around and grabbed his hand.
