-Jack's POV-

5:12pm
I called Hailee's parents and mine. I also called Johnson. You always need a bestfriend by your side, especially in a time like this. I also called Maya and Molly since their Hailee's bestfriends.

"Jack!" Molly said as she run towards me.

I got up and hugged her. That's when I started crying again.

"Shh... Hailee's gonna be okay." She said as she rubbed my back.

"Were's Hailee?" Maya said as she ran towards us with her boyfriend Joshua.

I pointed to the door not being able to talk from crying. Maya then bursted in tears as she hugged Joshua. I can't blame her, if that would happen to my bestfriend, I'll definitely do the same.

Then Johnson came. He bro-hugged me and he sat down beside me.

"Hailee will be alright." Johnson said as he rubbed my back.

"I hope so." I said as more tears began to flow.

Hailee's parents arrived 30 minites later. Followed by my parents.

"Where's my little girl?" Mrs. Wilson said.

"I think she's in there?" Mr. Wilson said.

"Oh Lord! Why did this happen?" Elizabeth said in tears as she hugged Steve.

My mom went near me and hugged me. She said no word, she just hugged me, and that's when I started crying again.

"Shh...There, there, It's gonna be alright."

"I just proposed to her yesterday and...and now this happened." I said in between sobs.

"Don't cry. We all need to stay strong for Hailee, especially you. Okay?" She said. I nodded while still hiccuping. I sounded crazy right now.

"Now stop crying." She said while rubbing my back.

"Hailee's gonna be alright Jack." Those were the words that keep on repeating in my head.

I hope so, I do hope so...

Everyone's asleep by now, and I wasn't. I'm waiting for the doctor to come out of that door and tell us that Hailee's okay and everything is alright.

I burried my head in my hands and started to think how shitty my life is right now.

My thoughts were disturbed, and everyone woke up once a door opened. It was the doctor.

"How is she? Is she okay? Is she awake? Can I see her?" I asked so many questions at once.

"Sir, we have good news and bad news for you." He said. "Good news is: her heart is still beating and she's atill alive. Bad news is: she'll be in a coma for about a month or so."

"What." I said. Everything inside me was dead. Hailee's in a coma for a month. What would happen if she'll wake up? But will she? Of course she will!

"C-can weI see h-her?" I stuttered due to the tears that formed in my eyes.

"Yes. But only two people can see her right now." The doctor said.

I looked back at the others to see who wants to join me.

"I think it'll be best if you'll go alone." Mrs. Wilson said. I nodded.

I went in the room and there was my beautiful Hailee, unconscious with a hundred tubes attached to her body.
I went near her and hugged her. Tears started running down my face again.

I didn't say anything. I actually don't know what to say. I just cried as I hugged her unconscious body.

"Why did this happen?" I said as held her face in my hand. "If only we were in a fairytale, once I kiss you, everything will be fine and we can have our own happily ever after. But this is real life. The real life is so far away from fairytales. It takes a lot of money and hard work for you to have a so called 'happily ever after'. But I'll spend all of my money and hardwork just for you. And, Even if you'll be asleep for a long time, I will wait, even if it will take forever. That's how long I would wait for you."

"Mr. Gilinsky?"

"Yeah."

"Your visiting time is over, but you may visit her tomorrow."

I nodded and went outside.

"Let's go home, we'll come back tomorrow." Johnson said.

"You guys go, I'll just stay here." I insisted.

"Jack, you need to go home too. You look like a mess. We'll come back tomorrow okay?" Molly said.

I sighed and nodded.

I'll see you tomorrow, love.
