Im so nervous. I search through the few clothes i have in my suitcase to find something decent to wear. I give up in the search I mean if we are going on a date i have to be myself and I am not the dressy type. A glance at the clock in a hurry. " Oh no! I cant be late or he will think i dont like him" I said under my breath and i rush off in a hurry

My sweaty hands reach for the handle of the Pizza Parlor door. This is it, this could be the penguin of my dreams. I gather enough courage and pull the heavy door open. A gust of the smell of pizza fills my big hairy nostrails. I could spot him easily (being that he was the hottest penguin there) He was sitting at a table for two all by myself. I feel nervous walking to him. What if i fall or hit someone? I think of when i got the courage to say hi to him in the Coffee Shop. I could tell this story to my kids on how i met their father. I gather the courage and walk towards him. He smiles at me with a perfect smile. " Hey" i say awkwardly. I sit down in front of him. " what have you been up to for the past three days?" I ask him. "Oh god i sound like a stalker. i wouldnt even flinch if he ran out right now" i say to myself. he just replys with "good" We small talk for a while. There was a pause and he looked into my eyes " Your eyes are so big and blue" he says. I blush a little and thank him. " I havent stopped thinking about you since you left the coffee shop" He said. " Me too" We smile at each other untill " AYE get out of my resturant! its 12:30 SCRAM!" says the very angry owner to the Pizza Parlor. We burst out in giggles and run out

We end up at the cove by the fire. I can hear the crickets chirping in the backround making soothing backround noise over the crackling fire. Part of his hand barely touches mine. I can see him looking at me and then looks away. Everytime he looks at me i think he is going to kiss me. I havent had my first kiss. What do i do? Where do i put my hands? " Its so pretty tonight he says quietly " he says quietly " YOUR SO PRETTY TONIGHT " I think to myself. good think i didnt say this out loud. he puts his fin under my chin and pulls me towards him into a soft slow kiss. I didnt have to think what to do. I put my hands gently around his neck. I never want this night to end
