Tricked - Pt.2

"But remember [Nickname], I'll always love you." He continued. After that, he hugged [Name] really tight.

'I want this moment to last forever'

'......What should I do?'

"N-No! Stop it! We musn't do this!" [Name] quickly pulled herself from Gakushuu's hug. She felt really uncomfortable.

"Fine then."

"Thanks, Shuu.."

"I won't give up on you! Never!" Gakushuu said while slamming the door, really hard.

'He doesn't have to be that emotional. I'm sure he knows....I can't left Karma-kun easily.'

After that incident, [Name] and her mother always arguing about Karma. Her mother, after investigating a bit about Karma, thought that Karma wasn't good enough for her daughter, the heiress of [Company's Name].

"[Name], how many times have I told you....Stop dating that delinquent Akabane!!"

"I can't, mother! He's not a delinquent....anymore...Anyway, he's changed for the better!"

[Mother's Name] slammed her desk in front of her, totally startled [Name]. She's never done this before, not until today.

"I'm sure he'll bring no good for your future! I'd doubt his faithfulness to you. I'm sure that he's only taking advantage from you!"

"He's absolutely not that kind of guy...I just don't understand..."

"I don't need to understand you. I already know who you really are. You're more compatible with Gakushuu. I'd rather let you marry him than Akabane!"

[Mother's Name] just slapped [Name]'s cheek. It's been a while since she's done this to [Name]. It always happened when [Name] tried to defy her mother.

"Now...now...you're defying me because of him?! Go away! I don't want to see your face anymore! You're not my daughter!"

After that, [Name] left her house immediately while crying. She didn't believe her own mother just disown her like that.

'I will prove that you are wrong.'

[Mother's Name]'s health starting turning into worse. She's always coughing blood, and eventually collapsed.

She was brought to the hospital. Maids and butlers immediately called [Name], stating that her mother's condition was critical.

[Name] quickly rushed to the hospital. Entering the hospital, she found Gakushuu standing alone while holding a bucket of flowers. [Name] shook his shoulder, asking "How's mother? Is she okay?"

Suddenly, a doctor came out from the room where [Mother's Name] was lying. He asked [Name], "Are you Mrs.[Last Name]'s relative?"

"Yes, I am her daughter. Is something wrong with my mother?" [Name] asked worriedly.

The doctor quickly explained that her mother's disease is currently unknown and soon would take her live away. [Name], cried in front of the doctor for a while.

"Please, make her happy before it's too late." He sighed.

"Thank you, doctor."

[Name] really wanted to make her mother happy, so she agreed with the arranged marriage. After she agreed, her mother smiled, and said...

"I am so proud of you, you'll realise it's the path that I've created for you. I love you, my daughter..."

[Mother's Name] then passed away, peacefully.

Gakushuu, hearing that [Name] agreed with that arranged marriage was extremely thrilled. He quickly hugged her and whispered, "Let's make your mother happy."

"Shuu...Should I tell Karma-kun about this?"

"Yes, I suppose."

'Won't he feel like he was being tricked? After all I also love you, not just him...'

[Name]'s getting worried. She do love Karma, even bigger than her love for Gakushuu.

"Okay then, I'll tell him soon."

[Name] couldn't believe it with her own eyes. Karma, her boyfriend that she trusted fully, cheating on another girl.

'Those rumor...It was all true...'

'Why?....Why am I the one that's being tricked?'

'Am I that....dumb?'

[Name] walked where Karma and that girl was. Karma, clearly surprised. He thought that he tricked her easily. [Name]'s such an innocent girl, anyway.

"W-wait! I can explain!"

"No need, I just knew that I am dumb enough to be tricked by your false love, Karma-kun. Thank you for teaching me. Good bye."

[Name] just left Karma and that girl all alone. When she walked away, she heard the girl asked him, "Who's that girl, Akabane-kun?"

"Just a crazy friend of mine. Don't worry. I only love you, sweety pie~"

Karma's answer hit her really hard. [Name] couldn't believe what he just said. She felt that Karma's too evil.

'I should've dating Shuu from the start...'

'Mother's right...He's only taking advantage from me. I am the one being tricked.'
