Part 3

A New friend

Jake is a great friend, it's been a month so far and we already know a lot about each other. He told me about a Halloween party at his friends step dad's condo. It was Thursday, October the 15, and the party was in 2 weeks. Liam thought that we should go as a centurion and a goddess. My outfit was ready, and I was excited for the party. Friday afternoon, my dad was busy and had to take care of business so I invited Jake over to talk about a project we had to do together since Jake was my partner for both social studies, and science.

Our project was neat and almost done, we just had to set our presentation. Elizabeth came over, and told me that my mom wanted to take the two of us to the mall to hangout. Jake asked, "What's your mom like?" "Calm, Nice, Funny, and easy going ." She sounds nice, just like you he pokes my cheek. I blush, seeing Elizabeth leaving the room after me and Jake has a 'Take or Jamia' moment, that's what Britney and Sabrina call it.

It's Sunday and I skype Jake waiting for him to pick up. While I wait I go to my dresser taking my bun out of my hair, and letting my curls fall one by one. "Hello?" He answered. "Hey, it's me." "So I forgot to ask you if you had your costume yet." No, me and the guys are getting them tomorrow. By guys do you mean you, Derek, and Liam? "Yeah, pretty much he chuckled." "How was shopping?" "Great actually, I found a couple things." "Like what? He asked" A couple shirts, and stuff. "Can you show me? He asked. 'Sure, 1 second." he nodded

I put on the black crop top with a white cardigan a light blue jeans   , a yin-yang choker ." Wow." he widened his mouth and for a bit started drooling. I asked if he was ok, I saw Liam trying to make sure he's okay, but as soon as he looked at the screen, the same thing happened to Liam, so I left the chat. Ten minutes later Isaac invited me to a chat. "Sorry about that, they apologized. As they both moved I laughed, they asked what happened, but Liam and Jake soon found out what happened covered the screen for at least 5 minutes.I heard whispering but couldn't tell what they were saying .

"That was awkward," said someone in the back ground. "Shut up," Isaac said. "Who's that?" I asked. "It's Stiles" a guy.They uncovered the screen. 'He's a few years older than Jake'I thought. "He's Crush the older brother I was talking about." Is this the girl you guys said was really cute? Asked Stiles. I Blush, and put a piece of my hair behind my ear while Crush just winks at me making me laugh a bit. "He's leaving don't worry, Mia"Jake said . "No thanks, I rather watch and see you losers fail, "said Josh.

" It's cute seeing you guys fight", I laughed. "Hmm, I like her.", "How come you've never invited her over?" Asked Stiles. "She's busy." Yeah, being with you." Liam murmured. The boys continue fighting while I try to get them to listen to me, but the chat closes.

After that I was tired, and I took a nap .Making me wake up, Jake calls me and apologizes for the fight ."It's fine" I answered ."No it's not, that's the reason why I didn't want you to come over all those times." "Really?" I asked. "Yeah, he answered. "You could've told me, I would've understood. "Please don't be mad," said Jake ."I'm not", I said with a slight laugh. "The reason why I've been so weird is because I like you, a lot." ."What do you mean by 'like me?'I asked shocked.

"I've liked you ever since I met you. Do you think it could be possible if we were more than friends?" I drop my phone,and started to freaking out. "Hello, Hello-o." Jake kept saying. He soon hung up ,I took a long, long shower after hearing the news, got dressed, and put on my pajamas .I soon heard a knock at my door, and opened it.. It was Liam, he was wet from running in the rain.

"Hey Liam" I said in a sad voice. "Did he beat me to it? "He asked. "Beat you to what? "I asked. Grabbing a towel, and giving it to him. "Did he tell you he liked you? " 'Yeah, but I froze up" and he hung up on me." "He could be coming over your house soon. So I need you answer as soon as possible.". He exclaimed. " My answer to what?"I answered back."The answer to who you really want to be with. Me or Liam." I sat down on my couch, feeling nervous, as both me and Liam heard a knock at the door. "It's Jake... ".Liam sighed as soon as Jake came in. "Liam,what are you doing here...?" Jake said suprised.Liam told Jake how he had a thing for me and as soon as he finished talking ,he said. "No,you knew how I felt about her!" "Yelled Liam bitterly. "I know and I'm sorry,but it just happened.
"You guys are best friends, I don't want you guys fighting over me". I frowned. I convinced Liam and Isaac to forgive each other, but they just left saying nothing to each other ,though they were still hung over me. They went home, while 3 hours later I was watching a movie, when my dad came back from his trip.
I was watching Pretty Little Liars, one my favorite shows on ABC Family while texting both the Elizabeth on kik about the party.
