Chapter 21- Why Now..? part 1

Latavia P.O.V

"Alexia, u ok.?" I asked, as she began to look light. She shook her yes then fell off the counter, hittin the floor really hard. "Call 911."

"Ok, oh my gosh. Hello yes." Lolo said, as she walked out the kitchen with tear in her eyes.

"Alexia, Alexia please don't do this to me now. This is not the time." I said, tryin to help her up off the floor. As tears rolled down my eyes, the door busted opened as the police came in. They picked her up and took her outside. "Take care of her."

"Here put ur shoes on." Lolo said, I grabbed my shoes and my car keys, we got in the car and drove to the hospital. With tears in my eyes, I tried to call Qua and Takeoff. "I got it."

"Thank u. They said they were gonna fix this shit. Now she faintin again. This is bullshit." I said so angry at the doctors. When we got to the hospital, Takeoff and Qua were already in the lobby walkin back and forth.

"What happened.?" Takeoff asked, walkin toward me with a worried look on my face.

"I don't know. One minute she talkin to us about something then boom she fainted. I'm here for Alexia, she came in here a little while ago." I explained to her. She nodded her head then pointed me to her room. I thanked her then walked to her room. I looked though the little window and cried, as I watched them hook her up to all them different kinds of machines.

"Oh my gosh, Alexia." Takeoff said, standin behind me, lookin over my head. I looked up at him and cried some more. Qua walked over to me and looked me in my eyes.

"I'm so sorry, Latavia." he said then pulled me in and hugged me, as he held me. I cried some more. My best friend might be leavin me again, after all the things we've been through this is not the time. If she leave me, my life won't be the same at all. All the things I've been through with Alexia by my side and if she leaves I swear I don't know what I would do.

"Latavia r uok? What r u thinkin about.?" Qua asked, rubbin my back, lookin down at me, as I whipped my face, I looked up at him then Takeoff. Lolo looked at me with tears in her eyes. I hated this so much.

"I'm thinkin about how different my life would be if Alexia died. It wouldn't be the same with out her. I would feel so lost with out her, Alexia is my rock for real. She is a real best friend, she loved me when nobody else didn't. She took me in when no body wanted too deal with me. When I was depressed and sad, she was there for me. She pushed her problems to the side and thought about me. Alexia isn't as mean as people think she is. She cares for people, people who means a lot to her and I guess I mean a lot to that girl. It hurts me to know that my best friend and sister is slowly dyin inside." I said, getting up then walked out for some air. My best friend is dyin and I might have to live life without her. I might just have to pray, lord help us all. We all gon be lost with out that girl. Its not Alexia's time, yet.
