"No Cas, I can't find him anywhere," Sam said into his phone.

"Where are you?" the angel replied.

"Enerwin Psychiatric Hospital," Sam explained, still looking around for his older brother. The trench coat wearing vessel rounded the corner, walking towards him. Sam hung up, cursing under his breath.

"You looked in every room?" the angel asked.

Sam rolled his eyes, holding back a sarcastic retort. "Yes Cas, I looked everywhere. I can't find him or June."

"June?"

"She's a patient here. She's been helping us with the case."

Angel.

Cas frowned, looking around. The hallway was empty except for him and Sam.

Angel.

"Yes?" Cas replied, and Sam looked at him.

You must go. All must go.

"Why? Who are you?"

"Cas, who are you talking to?" Sam asked, staring at him.

The angel looked back at him. "You can't hear them?" Sam shook his head, and Cas looked around once more.

"Let's find Dean before you turn into a patient here, okay?" Sam began walking back down the hall, and Cas followed him cautiously, listening to every sound.

Dean and June both sat at opposite ends of the table, where they had first met. June had her head in her hands, eyes closed peacefully. Dean had his eyes on her, watching her innocently.

"You really didn't get much sleep, did you?" he asked, taking a sip of his water. June shook her head, her eyes still closed.

"Hardly do," she spoke softly.

"Do you always have that dream?"

June shook her head again. "They're similar, with screaming and other voices, but that's the first time with fire..." She drifted off, on the verge of falling asleep right there at the table.

"There you are!" Sam shouted from the other side of the room, Cas peeking over his shoulder. The other patients looked at them as they made their way to Dean and June.

"We've been looking everywhere for you two," Sam frowned, looking between them.

Without even opening her eyes, June whispered "The angel."

All three men looked at her as she finally opened her eyes, blinking a few times to adjust to the light. She looked up and the dark haired vessel in a dirty trench coat. "Castiel right?"

The angel nodded. "June?"

She nodded. "That's me." She closed her eyes again, resting her head on the table.

"Tell Sam about your dream," Cas spoke, as he and Sam both pulled up a chair each. Dean and June looked at him. With her head still resting on the table, she looked at Sam, explaining the dream she had had the night before.
