Chapter 7

=- The next day, Still your P.O.V -=

You woke up, checking the time.

'5:00 AM... That was fast...' You thought.

You were going to sleep again, but you can't. So you took a shower, putting your clothes on, and left your room.

You walked to the kitchen, you didn't saw anyone in there.

'Huh, I guess Pyro and Engie's still fell asleep... Oh well.'

So you were going to make the breakfast for the day rather than getting bored again. Bacon and eggs looks pretty good to you.

"Aaannnnnnddddd done. I guess I have to wait till they come and eat." You said to yourself.

Engie and Pyro came first.

"(Y/N)? Whaddaya- did ya' made tha' breakfast?" Engie asked with a surprising look on his face.

"Yuppidie do." You said to him with a smile.

Pyro gave you a thumbs up, and you thanked him/her.

The 5 other mercenaries (Quick Note: Remember about Medic and Scout. They were still gone.) came in and eat their breakfast. You were watching the television while they were eating.

=- Few minutes later -=

"(Y/N)! We need ya' to come to tha' rec room!" Sniper shouted.

"Coming!" You shouted back. Turning off the television, and going to the rec room.

As soon as you arrived, you noticed Miss Pauling in there.

"What's with the sudden thing?" You asked.

"Is everyone here?" Miss Pauling asked.

"Everyone's here." Engie replied.

'Except Medic and Scout, hardhat. Dang, he should really pay more attention...' You thought.

"So apparently I have a problem for you all. You all can't go to battle for now since your respawning room isn't working perfectly. Engie couldn't find the problem, so I called the other engineers outside the Teufort to fix it." Miss Pauling explained.

"So for that, Both RED and BLU teams are going to have ceasefire days until further notice."

Everyone's eyes went wide, except you and Spy. You looked at Spy, Spy's expression was just the same, normal looking face.

'Is it the time yet?' You thought.

"Well, gotta go you guys. I hope everything's fine." She looks at everyone's face for a sec.

"But hey," She continued. "Look at the bright side! You guys can take a rest from those hard battles right?" She chuckled a bit.

'I don't really think so.' I thought.

After that, she left the room.

All of you were froze, didn't know what to react.

'I knew it. Something's not right. I thought Engie can fix everything, but why can't he fix the respawning room?' You thought as you rubbed the back of your head with confusion.

You walked to Spy, whispering something.

"Is it the time?"

"Non. Not now." He answered.

'Kay then.'

The mercenaries looked at each other, and then starts to walk away leaving the room.

=- Timeskip, In your room -=

Its been 4 weeks. 4 boring weeks with no battles and such.

It feels like you're going to school again.

You easily get bored, you spent your time doing one of your old favourite hobby, which is (favourite hobby), practising some shooting range, or maybe even talk to your friends.

But it didn't make you feel anything better.

Fighting always makes you feel better.

For the past 5 years since you've joined the team, you've liked fighting and nothing else.

Nothing. Else.

"Gah! Come on!" You yelled as you put your hands on your head with frustration.

• First A/N: To be honest, I made 3 chapters yesterday.
But I only published Chapter 5 & 6, Cuz I'm such a lazybump.

And afraid for some mistakes when I'm writing.

• Second A/N: Hey peeps! I've got an update for y'all.
I'm going to have a camp on my school (cuz little kids are going on the camp too) for 2 days and 1 night (Friday and Saturday) , and I rushed to finish everything. Starting from Home works, Graphic design stuffs, etc.

So I'm not going to update another chapter now. But I'll update the next one pretty soon! Hope y'all understand! Baiii~
