I quietly got out of the closet, and tiptoed to the dresser. I rummaged through her drawers until I found the phone. I tried turning it on, but it was out of battery. Shit! What am I going to do? I need to get to Lily without Him finding us. I know! I'll  go to the bathroom, get my phone and call the house phone. The house phone is always in the kitchen, in case Mom is cooking and can't leave the food to pick it up. If I call the phone, it should give me enough time to find Lily, maybe I could even put some music on the other end to confuse him. But if I do that, then I need to do it somewhere else. Somewhere, where he won't find Zoe. Before any of this, I need to get to the bathroom and find my phone.

I gulped and quietly opened the door. I had to feel my way around to get to my room, and of course a few shortcuts helped. I walked a bit faster, knowing he was in the kitchen and couldn't hear my footsteps. I went into the bathroom and turned the lights on. What I saw nearly made me yelp.

"Looking for this?" Was written in blood on the mirror, and a drawing of a phone. Who's blood is this? Is it human? I started freaking out so much, that I almost didn't notice a small scrap of paper taped to the mirror.

"Meet me in the garden, where we would count one's and two"s

Meet me in the garden, where I first met you."

What...? This... This doesn't make any sense. I don't remember meeting anyone in the garden...? The only thing I do remember, was counting flowers with Lily when we were younger. She would call it "One's and Two's." because most of the flowers looked like they had one or two petals. How would he know this? How long has this psycho been watching me? I looked through all my things, to see if I could make a weapon out of any of them, but all I found was skin products and shampoo.

Think! Think! Think! I ran a hand through my wet, curls of hair. I was concentrating so much I didn't notice the heavy panting on the other side of the room.

I saw my eyes widen in the mirror. Who could it be? I thought... I thought he was in the garden. I looked around once more to see if I could find anything to use against him. All I could find was my hairbrush. Good enough, the back of it is hard. Maybe I could hit him with it in the face. Although I don't think It helps much against an axe.

I clutched the brush so tightly, my fingers began to feel numb. I let one of my trembling hands open the door and readied the other to attack, in case...

I expected to see him, with his axe raised and his stupid grin, but instead I saw a bloodied, and disheveled Lily.

'Lily!" I said dumb-founded.

I'm so sorry I haven't written in a long time. I hope this makes up for it. :)
