Death

Look how Death floats among the lilies
Wishing they would not drift away
O how she mourns when she must take a life
O how her wails ring out
Accompanied by the howls of her moonlit wolves
Masked by the cries of grieving mothers
Drowned out by the sobs of young widows
Overwhelming the night with a broken symphony of tears
Filling the air with a cacophony of sorrow
