I was in my room with ray who was now feeling fine. when I looked out my window and saw a dark cloud quickly hovering the sky. I watched as the hard rain hit the window. I looked over at ray who looked scared so I decied to comfort him. "Its ok babe" I said as I hugged him. "No Im fine Im just bored" He said shrugging. Then the power went out and we heard Taylor scream. "whats wrong tay" I said as I ran in her room.
"I-its D-dark" She said as she sat in the coner and rocked back and forth. "Ok let go to mommy and daddy's room" I said as I picked her up and carried her to our room. only way we could she her was the beam of light coming in the window from the street lights. as she jumped on the bed with the lights beaming into her brown eyes.
Then she laid right between me and ray and just started at me. (That look you give your parents when you want something). "Do you want anything Tay" I asked. "Ywes I want my Tweddy " She said. "Ok you wanna come with me" She nodded and stood up on the bed and held her arms out. I picked her up and carried her to her room.
She got down and went and picked her her teddy bear off her bed then ran back to me so I could bring her back to my room. where I just watched her play with her teddy till she feel asleep. I heard lights snores Ray was sleep. wow tired ass. Taylor just looked up at me. "what" I asked in a low tone.
"I don't know" She said as she touched my hair. Then she laid her head on my chest and went to sleep. I wrapped my arms around her and kissed her forehead and went to sleep.
