Kazuma is the oldest shinki in Bishamon's current regalia collection. He is also the only other regalia with the 'Ma' character in his given name. The other regalias under Vaisravana's care all carry the 'Ha' character, which means 'to hope'. The character 'Ma' is usually associated with 'negative space' or the concept of 'imagination'. The 'Kazu' in his name is usually attributed to the idea of 'harmony'. Depending on how you use the 'Kazu' it could also mean 'child'. When you combine the 'Kazu' character with the 'Ma' character, then the idea of 'true harmony' is created. Interestingly enough, his name can also be attributed to the 'original truth' concept. All of these meanings are tied to Kazuma's character.
Tenshin's regalias tend to carry the 'Yu' character when he names them. the 'Yu' character means is linked to the concept of 'metaphor' which ties into Tenshin's scholarly nature.
Yukine name means "sounds of snow" do to fact it was snowing when Yukine became a regalia.
