Hey guys. I just realized something about my account; the only stories I have written are 1) Warriors books, and 2) drawing books. I am seriously considering posting a work of my own creation. If I ever do, I'd like you guys to check it out :) I don't know yet, it is still a very early idea. But later on, I guess we shall know for sure if this will happen or not.

Anyways, on with da chapter.

Icestar shouldered past Sharpfang, Flameheart and Goldsun, who were all crowded around the rogue prisoner, guarding him from running away while at the same time observing him with hostile eyes. The MoonClan leader gazed down at the dirt-covered, battle-scarred tom with anger. This cat dared to threaten us! he thought, his blood burning. If only I could just run my claws through this cat's ear.

He'd think twice about messing with MoonClan again!

A breeze ran by Icestar's nose, and his fur prickled with unease as the rogue tom's glowing amber eyes met his. Something about this stranger seemed off. His anger grew more as he gave the rogue an intimidating look. However, the rogue remained to be unswayed by Icestar's threatening glare.

"Who are you?" Icestar demanded, his voice laced with menace. If a gaze doesn't hurt, perhaps some harsh words of interrogation would. He was itching to see just who this cat really was. He was unlike any rogue Icestar had ever encountered before.

The rogue looked up at him. "You don't deserve to know my name," he spat, his pelt bristling up to make him two times bigger. The exhaustion and thirst for water was clear from the tom's raspy voice. "I come from a forest of a great system of cats, greater than this system of Clans here, you rotten crow-food!" He hissed and backed up, his ears flattening against his head.

What a fox-heart, he wanted to say, but he kept it to himself. Instead he took a step closer, his anger unfaltering. "A forest, you say?"

"Filled with powerful and stronger cats far from here," the tom continued. "And if our leader finds that anything has happened to me, he'd be enraged!" His crazed eyes widened with a crooked smile.

A second breeze led the rogue's scent into Icestar's nose; a foul, yet very unfamiliar scent. Just where does this cat come from? he thought, the anger boiling deep inside. He smelled faintly of a forest that could be scented upwind sometimes in the far distance, normally on the edge of the MoonClan and CloudClan territories. But he never knew that other cats could come from there.

"Yet you are covered with signs of hardships, aren't you?" Flameheart demanded, taking a step forward. "Fresh scars over your ears, a mangy pelt gone at least a moon without a wash. What a caring system of cats you live by! Reminds me of a certain Clan that crashed and burned." The last part of Flameheart's statement was low, more to himself than to the rogue.

Icestar held his head high. "You may be a stranger to these forests, but you ran into the wrong territory, chased the wrong kits, and broke through the wrong camp," he added, giving the rogue a look of utter disapproval.

"Those kits wouldn't have filled me up as much as a rabbit would've," the rogue snarled. Without a second to waste, he sprang up from his spot and leaped towards Icestar's position. However, he had no time to grab the leader, for the MoonClan warriors were quicker. Goldsun pinned down him down effortlessly, and Sharpfang stepped down on his hindpaws. Flameheart hissed at him a warning.

After a few heartbeats of observation, Icestar gave a curt nod. "Don't let this rogue out of your sight at all costs," he told Goldsun and Flameheart. "Switch places with a reliable and patient cat when you get tired. Sharpfang, come with me."

Icestar abruptly turned and began his way toward the medicine den. Sharpfang trotted to keep up with his leader's movements. "What do you plan to do, Icestar?"
