Leaving the ruins you are immediately greeted by a flower.
A yelling one.
"You think you can tell me what to do and get away with it?"
"Yes, actually I do! Because I can't exactly die, if you haven't noticed!"
"I'm not stupid, I know that-"
"Well sometimes I wonder."
He yells out of frustration. "You're a real ass hat, you know that!?"
"Says the fucking soul hungry, serial killer flower."
"Yeah! And I'm going to take you soul too!"
"They why haven't you? Huh? Because you're curious? Oo what am I going to do next?! You pretty much know everything about me, with all the resets. You haven't killed me because you're weak!"
Vines shoot out of the ground. One grabbing your arms and the other you're legs.
He smiles, ripping you in half.
You gasp for air, falling out of you last save point.
That was unpleasant.
Catching your breath, you wonder over the now smirking flower.
"Because the game won't allow it."
You lung at him, he retreats into the ground. "That fucking hurt!"
He doesn't listen. Already long gone.
You stand up, dusting yourself off. You begin to walk towards the bridge. You don't bother looking back when you hear the familiar crunching of a branch. You turn and shake Sans hand before he has a chance to speak.
They're all so predictable.
It's sickening.
You don't like it. Doing the same thing, over and over.
You hate it.
You just want to get your happy ending, that's all.
You pass papyrus puzzles easily, knowing them by heart sure helps.
You finally make it to Snowden, and walk straight to the inn. You're going to stay here awhile, and you know it.
.
.
.
How long has it been?
A few days, maybe a week?
You've been too tired to do anything so you simply stayed in bed. The bunny at the front must have some problems or something if she hasn't noticed you've been up here for days.
"When are you going to get your lazy ass up?"
You shoot up, startled.
Flowey is at your bedside, fuming.
"H-How are you up here? There is no dirt! You are literally in the floor, cement or wood, I don't know, but that can't be possible!"
He looks at you like you're stupid.
"I'm literally made out of magic."
"Oh."
You can't help it. You laugh.
It's the first time in awhile. You don't notice but flowey turns away from you, hiding the blush creeping up his cheeks, I mean, if you can even call them that.
"S-so when are you planning on leaving, stupid?"
"I don't know, I might stay here another week or two," you respond, unfazed by Floweys weak attempt at a insult.
"A week?!"
"Yeah? What's wrong with that?"
"That's too long! Do you ever plan on leaving the underground?"
"I've never even made it to Asgore! You think I'll be able to beat him and leave?"
"Then stop killing people!""Didn't you want me to kill everyone?"
"If it means all these resets will stop then ignore what I said. Just make it to the fucking end!"
You smirked slightly.
"Then help me."
"What?"
"I'll take you with me! You can fallow me around, and when I'm about to do something wrong, just yell at me."
"That's stupid! Why would I do that?!"
"Because we are all tired of the resets, even me, and I'm the one causing them."
He frowned, seemingly arguing with himself. "I'll do what I want! And if I want to leave, I can!"
"Deal then."
