chapter 18

kyrns POV

Sky has been off the past few days. I feel like I'm not there for her, I currently sitting at the lunch table with Brooke, Cameron, and Jaxon. I can't eat for some odd reason somethings really off.

"Babygirl, you okay?" Jaxon kissed my temple wrapping his arm around my shoulder.

"I- I don't know, something's not right" I look at him and see worry in his beautiful eyes. I look at Brooke "do you know where Kaide is?" she just shrugs. "Your so much help, boo" we both laugh.

"Sorry, but I think he has a thing for little sky sky" she wiggles her eyebrows.

"Wait! My sister?"

"Yup" she takes a bit of her food.

"What about you guys?"

"Eh we didn't feel a connection. But if you see the way he stares at your sister when no ones looking, girl, its the most adorable thing." Oh my gosh! He has a thing for my sister.

My phone started ringing before I could say anything else, "hold on guys I gotta take this" I kissed Jaxons cheek than walked out of the cafeteria.

Not looking at the caller ID I answered the phone, "hello?"

"K-Kryn!" Kaide?

"Kaide why do you sound out of breath?" I started to worry.

"Your- your sister, she tried to kill herself, I followed her to make sure she was okay" I heard him cry out. "People at our school have been bullying her."

My vision was becoming blurry with tears, I can't breath, "please Kyrn come to the hospital now" I yelled and threw my phone at a locker this is all my fault, I should have been there for her! I start seeing red, I punch the locker repeatedly. I know who's been bullying her. I throw the cafeteria doors open not caring if I look ghetto as hell, all heads turn to me, but one big ass head stands out to me the most. I slowly walk to Melissa's table, she has a huge smirk on her face. This bitch!

"You think your funny?" I ask through clenched teeth, she's the reason my sisters in the hospital.
"All because you don't get the guy you want?!" I yelled, "you bully my sister to get back at me!"

I lunged at her pushing her on the ground and punching her face, red! That's all I see. "Your the reason shes in the hospital, big headed ass bitch!"

"I'm sorry!" She cried

"Your sorry?!" I yelled, I was about to throw another punch but you someone ripped me off of the hoe.

I was dragged out into the hall, "get off of me!" I kicked and punched.

I was slammed against the locker, "stop!" Jaxon yelled, he put my face between his hands, "breath babygirl." I closed my eyes and took a deep breath. "What happened?" I open my eyes.

"Its my fault, she's in the hospital because I wasn't there to protect her" I felt the anger and sadness come again, tears began to feel my eyes" I tried to take deep breaths.

"Babygirl, breath in and out. Who are you talking about?"

"Skylar is in the hospital" I whisper.
