"I'm Tate" he reached hes hand for me to shake "I'm Anna nice to meet you" I said and shook hes hand "hey are you done brushing? wold you like to join me for a ride in the woods?" he asked as if he didn't have a care in the world. "Sure I just have to put lucky's gear on and I'll join you. Hey would you mind coming with me and carry the saddle?" to that he just shrugged.

The only thing i could hear in the silent forest was the wind rushing past me as we rode, we had set our minds on a nearby field and as we entered the clearing we both stopped just to take everything in. It was so beautiful with flowers everywhere, and the sun shining making it look like a dream.
I jumped off Lucky to examine everything, threw myself in the flower bed Tate just laughed and also jumped down and sat down beside me. I closed my eyes and relaxed "so are you in school?" I asked him "yes well not in the one you are in, I attend another school in the nearby town" should have figured he isn't as stiff as the vampires "oh well what are you doing in a different part of town cowboy?" He chuckled softly and relaxed a little bit "when I heard that a beautiful human girl was going to cross country I got intrigued" he knows about vampires well I shouldn't be surprised everyone knows everything on the countryside.
"Well, I guess news travels fast." "How's it going, you know the school and everything" "well it's as good as going to a school with vampires could go, I'm still waiting for Nosferatu to jump out at me."
I heard him chuckle "so tell me about yourself Mr. strange guy" "well I live in a small community where everyone knows everyone and I usually hang out with my friends or just go out running, what about you?" "Hmmmm well, I recently just moved here, I have a dad and a brother and I like drawing, singing and being with friends."
I suddenly heard a loud twig snapping and I slowly sat up and "oh my"
