Thor knocked gently on his own door then walked in. Loki sat up in bed and relaxed as he saw Thor, still holding Mika close, scared that she would be taken from him. Thor gave him a soft smile as he shut the door and walked over to him, handing him a plate and holding his own as he sat and began eating. The god of mischief looked to his plate and then up at Thor, hesitating before offering a quiet "...thank you." Thor nodded, franticaly searching for words to say. There was silence for a few long minuets as Loki slowly ate, keeping Mika next to him and petting her softly. "Would you like to take a walk with me Loki?" The blonde asked quietly, remembering a fuzzy memory of back when Loki would go on walks through the gardens to clear his mind.

Lilly whimpered in pain as she pulled an arrow from her leg, hissing as the cool water from the river washed over the wound. She knew it would be a long journey, but it was nessisary. The huntsmen and animals were the easy part. As long as she kept herself hidden she should be okay.

Loki had insisted on bringing the feline along on the walk, he was determined to not leave her alone, not that Thor objected. Loki felt a strange sort of calm as they strode through the gardens, the leaves were dark green, thriving in this warm spring, it felt like home. The smells from the budding flowers and trees wafted through the air, filling their senses and overtaking any emotion that might otherwise be present and replacing it with a calm warmth, relaxing both the men as they stopped and sat in the soft green grass. Thor knew he had to speak to Loki, but he knew he shouldn't interupt the moment. Loki needed this, the calm, the peace. He needed a moment to collect his own thoughts, both of them did, apparently Loki had other plans. He was quiet for a moment, before finally looking up from Mika and to thor, after a moments hesitation a asked. "What happened...?"
