S Y N O P S I S
Brooke Jones can hide anything behind her smile and most of the time she does. But one can only take so much before they break. Brooke broke when she started her senior year in high school. She just wanted to move far away, and she gets that chance when she is granted the scholarship to NYU that she applied to.
Brooke starts her drive to New York absolutely desultory, save for the fact that she is going to college, staying that way for some time until she meets charismatic and bright Archer Jaxson who robs whatever plans she was beginning to form and throws them back at her, convoluted. As she attempts to untangle herself from Archer and his beautifully crafted mind, she meets some unexpected friends who just can't seem to leave her alone.
And with them, maybe, she doesn't need a plan after all.
